A tunnel just North of the Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco has not only been renamed in honor of the beloved comedian Robin Williams, but has a delightful rainbow painted in the arch at the entrance of the tunnel.

This seems fitting for the joy and color that he brought into people’s lives as well as Robin being a way to places beyond rainbows.

We’re guessing that will probably top a lot of what you’ll be getting as holiday gifts this year.

If everything goes as Rick and Morty co-creator Dan Harmon said at the Magic City Comic Con in Orlando, one of Adult Swim’s most fiercely beloved shows, Rick and Morty, from both Harmon and Justin Roiland, will have its third season sooner than expected.

Given everything else on Harmon’s plate of Great Minds at the History channel, Harmontown, having his hand at other things at Starburns Industries and mystery surrounding when the third season would actually return, many suspected we would all have to wait a couple of years.

Yet, an answer during a panel at this Magic City Comic Con lead to Dan revealing that season 3 will have 14 episodes and is targeted for the end of 2016.

So, with everything else going on this year, at least we’ll have that to look forward to.

ABC seems pretty happy with their comedy slate.

Save for The Muppets, Dr. Ken, Galavant, and Last Man Standing, ABC has announced the renewal of the rest entire comedy line-up today. That includes Modern Family for its 8th season, The Middle, also for its 8th season, Fresh Off the Boat for its 3rd season, Black-ish, also for its 3rd season, and The Goldbergs for its 4th season.

Considering how quick the ax is brought down on series at other networks these days, this is a pretty big milestone for the broadcast network.

Also, TV Land’s freshman series Teachers will live to see a sophomore season.

Maybe this is a sign of the tides of cancelling new comedy series is changing? We certainly hope so.

Carmen Lynch is the latest stand-up to perform on Conan and not only does she garner applause breaks throughout, but shows that there is original way to talk about a topic that’s overly commonplace in stand-up, dating.

Coming from a personal place, Carmen along with Rust presents a unique comedic perspective on that awful thing comedians refer to as dating (amongst other manly topics), especially since her height in particular didn’t do her many favors in regard to any romantic chase.
