UCB has gathered some of their best, that just happen to be a couple of some sort (married, dating, team partners, etc.), for a special Valentine’s Day show at UCB Sunset. If you’re not into the concept of Valentine’s because you see it as a corporate cash-in, take note that all proceeds from this show will go to Planned Parenthood.

So, you can (and should) get your tickets for UCB’s Planned Parenthood Valentine’s Day Bonanza here.

So, come celebrate their 6th anniversary on Sunday, February 19th at 8:30PM at The Satellite.

One of the wildest talk shows around, The Jesse Miller Talk Show, is having its February 2017 edition back at the Hollywood Improv next Friday.

Part Kenny Powers, part pop-culture expert, part unstoppable pun making machine, Jesse Miller (Andre Hyland) reinvents the talk show on his own terms and The Jesse Miller Talk Show is all the better for it.

One of the longest running indie comedy shows in LA, Blam!Blam!Blam! is celebrating a whole decade run. Most comedy shows, no matter if they’re in a club, theater, house, or the back room of some business don’t make it to anywhere near double digits. Blam pushes on where few comedy shows ever get to go.

The Blam!Blam!Blam! 10 Year Anniversary will be held on Valentine’s Day at its home at R-Bar in K-Town making for a great alternative to doing anything that a corporate mandated holiday would have you do. Also, admission is free. Get more details here.

Bar Lubitsch in West Hollywood is one of our favorite places to see stand-up. A beautiful, intimate back room is the perfect setting for watching some of the funniest people in LA share their comedy wares.

So, Pamela Walt and TJ Chambers are bringing another stacked line-up of Laurie Kilmartin, Tommy Johnagin, Kyle Kinane, Henry Phillips, Andy Wood for this Sunday. Also, for every person in attendance, Chambers will donate $5 to the ACLU. Get more details here.

Follow That! pits comedians to the challenge of following a very emotional video being shown to the audience (i.e. troops coming home to the surprise of their family). Having any sort of very dramatic pause at a comedy show can prove very difficult, but the line-up with Chris Fairbanks, Nikki Glaser, Dan St. Germain, Nicole Byer, and Jon Huck for this show is pretty great. In any case, our curiosity is peaked as to see what might happen.

Tickets for Follow That! are $8 online and $10 at the door. You can (and should) tickets online here.
