After getting our attention with his comedy and music videos, British comedian Peter Serafinowicz is moving into features with his ‘I See What You Did There’, which we’re sure is going to have a Serafinowicz stamp of great, darkly absurd humor.
If you’re not familiar, watch this and you’ll be definitely waiting for I See What You did There to be shot and released very soon.
In this promo, Brody Stevens gives you a tour of what’s going to happen at Funny or Die’s mega comedy festival/tour Oddball, which does have Dave Chappelle and Flight of the Conchords, but also has Kristen Schaal, Jim Jefferies, John Mulaney, Hannibal Buress, as well as Brody Stevens as the second stage host, and much more.

Taylor Williamson To Be on Next Round of America’s Got Talent Tomorrow
Despite what you may think of America’s Got Talent, there have been very talented comedians that have gotten through more than a few rounds like Melissa Villasenor and Tom Cotter. The very funny Taylor Williamson is poised to be next in this line as he has moved on to the second round on AGT to be in Las Vegas tomorrow.
Make sure to tune in and, more importantly, vote for Taylor, if you find him hilarious like we do, tomorrow at 9PM NBC.
Lewis Black’s Next Comedy Special To Be Aired Live as Paper Per View Event in August
Lewis Black is doing what almost no comedians are doing today, broadcasting their specials live via Pay Per View. Old Yeller will air on August 24th from The Borgata Theater in Atlantic City, NJ.
Also, there’s a VIP package for around $1000, give or take $200 or so depending on whether you’re one or two people, will get you front row seats, a meet and greet, two nights hotel, and many other amenities and access to exclusive parties.
Based on how this goes, we wonder if any comedians will follow suit like many have followed Louis CK’s self-producing-distributing comedy special model (including the $1000 VIP package).
Having seen TJ Miller several times, we know that he’s an undeniable comedic force wherever he goes.
As an example, here’s one of our favorite sets of his from The Super Serious Show in January of last year where TJ checked himself with a “riffing leash” then when on to riff on a ‘coked up Thomas Edison".

Eric Andre wants to host the MTV Video Music Awards to the point of making a whole audition tape and posting it online for MTV and the world to see. We’d love to see him get the gig if only to have people that look nothing like the celebrities they’re supposed to be playing accepting awards on their behalf while they’re in attendance.

Funny Or Die’s ‘Billy On The Street’ Gets Another Season at Fuse
This news counts for a 3rd season for ‘Billy On The Street’, which we’re hoping will make for a DVD box set complete with a list of what you should yell at people on the street for as compiled by Billy Eichner.
Conan’s longtime warm-up, Jimmy Pardo, will be, as Andy Richter tweeted, acting as Conan’s sidekick for the next couple of episodes. Not only are we thrilled that we get to see more Pardo on TV, but we’re excited to be told to Google a bunch of references that will be really funny when we find out what/who they are.

Bo Burnham Is Writing a Poetry Book to Be Released in October
As the unfortunate news of Zach Stone Is Gonna Be Famous being cancelled is now past us (you can still get it on DVD soon), Bo Burnham is already moving on to his next project, a book of poetry.
Entitled “EGGHEAD, or You Can’t Survive on Ideas Alone”, we can’t wait, but will unfortunately have to, until October for its scheduled release. Though it might seem out of left field for some of you, we have a really good feeling about a book of poetry from Bo Burnham.
