Out of the video archives from some of our favorite folks that put their comedy stylings into the ether of YouTube/Vimeo/etc. will come this special DTLA “video showcase”, The Canary Underground.

It’s put together by Grimy Ghost’s Derek Qxqx and we’re sure that you’ll get to see some potentially life changing comedy before most of the world wide web.

Tickets are $5 and you can get more details here.

Public School Stories is one of the best storytelling shows in LA and also has, as you can clearly see, some of the prettiest flyers we’ve seen.

This latest edition has a really damn good line-up (featuring folks from MST3K, You’re The Worst, and Progressive Insurance, and more) as you can additionally see, that you shouldn’t miss out on.

NOTE: show is on October 4th, 2017 9PM.

Toasty is half real cocktail party, half fictional cocktail party with a bunch of characters giving toasts from folks that are, shall we say, not quite well-adjusted. It also happens to be one of our, hands down, favorite things ever.

The line-up would be stellar for a normal comedy show, but, as this is a slightly otherworldly show, it’s even more special.

Please get your tickets as soon as you can because space is limited. They’re $20 (includes free drinks and snacks) and you can get them here.

It looks like the time for the Trepany House at Steve Allen Theater is actually coming to an end, and, with it, The Tomorrow Show with Ron Lynch (an LA comedy institution as far as we’re concerned) seems to be ending as well.

Though it has been running for over a decade every Saturday at midnight, there’s only a month’s worth of ‘Tomorrow’ left and, as such, this week’s show is a special “MASH-UP!” that gives a sampling of Crapshoot!, Five Minutes or Die!, and Hook-Up! So, please make sure you see this or one of the three other Tomorrows. You can (and should) get tickets for this week’s MASH-UP! here.
