Mark your calendar if you live in Vegas, Denver, Kansas City, Moab, UT, Louisville, Charlottesville, D.C., or Asbury Park, NJ.

As we reported last week, the amazing Kurt Braunohler will be touring across America with a gigantic butt. Announcing the start of The Love Butt Tour today, Kurt also mentioned that the butt is double-sided, that it’s all for a pilot he’s doing for Comedy Central called Better. Dumber. Faster., and that he’s looking to do shows at the cities listed about that where he and the butt is stopping.

Get more details about Kurt and the butt here, then be sure to catch a glimpse if you’re anywhere on his route. If you’re not, you’ll be able to see photos of the journey on Kurt’s Twitter and Instagram.

Matt Stone and Trey Parker Want To Keep “South Park” Going For as Long as They Can

Well, looks like both The Simpsons and South Park will stick around a little longer.

Amidst doing press for their follow-up game to Stick of Truth, Matt Stone and Trey Parker touched on where they stand with the entire South Park franchise and if they want to keep the show going.

They’ve been around for a landmark 18 years, still love doing South Park, and managed to do other projects as well, so Stone and Parker are going to keep following the wonderfully absurd lives of a few foul mouthed kids in South Park, CO until Comedy Central cancels the show.

Potentially, this means South Park could be the longest running animated series ever and definitely deserves its own gigantic TV marathon and app/streaming site.

This season of The Meltdown with Jonah and Kumail seems like it really caught the spirit of the weekly live show. They accomplished that by getting things like Abbi Jacobson and Ilana Glazer from Broad City taking Jonah and Kumail’s clothes and pretending to be them on stage.

Way more stuff like this is in store for this season. So, be sure to catch the premiere tomorrow night at 12:30AM on Comedy Central.

Comedy Central Orders “Jeff and Some Aliens” From “Trip Tank” To Series

As far as alien centric entertainment goes, Jeff and Some Aliens is definitely better title than Independence Day Resurgence.

Once part of the animated series, Trip Tank, that featured several different cartoons, Jeff and Some Aliens from Sean Donnelly and Alessandro Minoli has gotten the upgrade to a full fledged series, much in the same way that Golan the Insatiable got upgraded from Fox ADHD all the way to a full Fox animated series.

Coupled with Moonbeam City, Comedy Central’s got some exciting stuff on their animated programming slate.

Comedy Central Sending Off Jon Stewart with “Your Month of Zen”, a Daily Show Streaming Marathon

As one of the most prominent faces and voices of Comedy Central, it’s only fitting that they send Jon Stewart out with a bang.

While it’s invigorating to see Stewart rally for his last few weeks as Donald Trump has announced his presidential candidacy in addition to the fun tributes that have popped up here and there, Comedy Central is putting together a month long goodbye, “Your Month of Zen” if you will, for their star Jon Stewart.

Starting 9AM PST on Fri. Jun. 26th, they’re going to stream all of the 2000+ episodes of The Daily Show with Jon Stewart (going all the way back to Jan. 1999) right here. You can also watch the stream on the Comedy Central App.

On Aug. 2nd, fan favorite clips will be put together in an one hour special retrospective called “News Your Own Adventure” hosted by The Daily Show’s current correspondents. We hope this means that there is a whole segment on Stewart yelling about pizza.

This will all lead up to Jon’s final day, Aug. 6th, which will probably won’t involve a sleigh and flying into the night sky like Colbert, but will surely be as memorable.

Hannibal Buress “Demands” Hawaiian Shirts on The Set of “Why?”

Why? is Hannibal Buress’ first show that he’s the sole star of. As such, he wants to do everyone on his show to give everything they’ve got to make the best show possible.

Apparently, that includes wearing Hawaiian shirts and Hannibal isn’t afraid to enforce that policy.

Watch what happens in this new promo for Why? premiering July 8th at 10:30PM on Comedy Central.

Starting Tuesday June 30th, I’ll be driving this 14-ft tall butt across America. Because our country needs this. #TheLoveButt #BetterDumberFaster @comedycentral

After, getting a prank stop sign, personalizing greeting cards, raising money to pay a sky writer to write “How Do I Land?”, jet skiing down the Mississippi for goats to be sent to Africa, you’ve got to wonder what’s next on Kurt Braunohler’s delightfully absurdist agenda.

According to his Instagram, he’ll be driving a man made butt that has a heart tattoo with “butt” written on it across this great land of ours starting next week. Presumably, this is the next thing to Roustabout-ish adventure for Comedy Central.

If there is one thing that we know that will bring this country together, it’s Kurt driving a giant butt around.

Stay tuned for more updates soon.

It’s Father’s Day and while that’s a celebration of many dads and what they’ve done for their children, for others, it’s less like that.

It’s something more like this sketch with Jonah Ray trying to not get too personal about Father’s Day facts.

So, on that note, Happy Father’s Day!

That has to be part of why Comedy Central has a new show, “Why? with Hannibal Buress” where Hannibal gets to seemingly do and talk about whatever he wants.

You’ll see that in this promo and then be excitedly waiting for its premiere on Comedy Central, Wed. Jul. 8th at 10:30PM.

Off of those facts alone, you should watch latest special, Jeff Ross Roasts Criminals: Live at Brazos County Jail.

Also, watching Ross roast people not because they’re infamous rather than mostly famous is very enticing.

Once again, tune in at 11PM tonight.

Comedy Central Picks Up “Not Safe With Nikki Glaser” To Series And Orders a Nikki Glaser Hour Stand-Up Special

Comedy Central is wise to double down on getting into the Nikki Glaser business.

We were blindsided when Nikki & Sara Live got cancelled at MTV and also surprised that Nikki didn’t immediately get to delve right back into another TV show elsewhere.

Finally, Nikki is set to return with a brand new series “Not Safe with Nikki Glaser”, a panel show focusing on all things sex, and a new hour stand-up special all on Comedy Central. Look for the series and the special sometime next year.

We’re confident that Nikki will one up all the other attempts at a funny sex panel show on TV. We wonder if that will involve talking to people after they just had sex in something more exciting looking than a box.

As comedy continues to develop as an art form in more places around the world, there are more comedy festivals that are following in suit.

Comedy Central India is now putting on the second Comedy Central Chuckle Festival, which will feature the likes of Russell Brand as well as Indian comedians like the very funny Tanmay Bhat.

This festival will tour throughout India in New Delhi, Bangalore, and Mumbai from Jun. 26th-28th.

Though it’s been two years since the inaugural edition of Chuckle Festival, we wouldn’t be surprised if it keeps getting bigger and happens more often like nearly every comedy festival around the world.

The last known sighting of him was captured in this video. Comedy Central requests that you, “please tag all tips regarding his whereabouts with #FindForrest or send them to FindForrestMacNeil@gmail.com.”

Our guess is that you should look for Andy Daly somewhere in LA, perhaps with an Irish accent.

There are dozens of dancers with exquisite direction from the show’s long time director Peter Atencio choreography from go-to comedy-dance choreographer Kathryn Burns, bright floral suits and dresses like they’re in The Umbrellas of Cherbourg, and, on top of all of that, a poignant and timely message about racial profiling by the police.
