There’s no real context we can or wish to give you to watch this latest Key & Peele sketch.

We will say that if this is a sort of thing that Jordan Peele would have in his foray into the horror genre, then we can’t wait to see what he’s concocting right now.

With that, you should just watch and enjoy Marbles here.

Michelle Buteau’s Album “Shut Up!” Out Now from Comedy Central Records

This is actually going to be a pretty great Labor Day Weekend for Michelle Buteau as her half hour special premieres on Comedy Central on Saturday night at midnight, which will follow the release of her album Shut Up! that’s out today.

On Shut Up!, Buteau showcases a nice sheen of attitude in order to connect with the audience on a more vulnerable level, which she does deftly, when delving into personal material about topics like being in an interracial, cross-contintental marriage. It’s almost like a great hang out with Michelle that gets into more truthful territory throughout.

Get Shut Up! here.

Sam Simmons Becomes 2nd Comedian Ever to Win MICF’s Barry Award and Foster’s Edinburgh Comedy Award in the Same Year

September 4, 2015
Uncategorized
barry award, best show, dr brown, edinburgh fringe festival, foster's edinburgh comedy award, melbourne international comedy festival, sam simmons

The Melbourne International Comedy Festival and The Edinburgh Fringe Festival are two of the biggest festivals showcasing comedy on the entire planet. To win a ‘best show’ award at either is a great distinction and winning both at any time is fantastic.

Winning both is something else altogether.

The only other person to win awards at the MICF’s Barry Award and Foster’s Edinburgh Comedy Award, honoring the best show at each festival, is one Dr. Brown who deftly blurs the lines between clowning and more modern day comedy.

Sam Simmons’ fantastically absurd show, Spaghetti For Breakfast, got Sam both awards this year making an exclusive two member club of Sam and Dr. Brown.

Thus, it shouldn’t surprise you at all that the pair of them clown around together every once in awhile.

Make sure you catch Sam whenever you can and you’ll find out why his comedy is deserving of international accolade on either side of the globe.

NBC Doubling Down on Mike Schur with Developing His and Matt Hubbard’s Interracial Family Sitcom

Looks like NBC sure missed Mike Schur, the mind behind Parks and Recreation.

Already, showrunner Mike Schur has a series greenlit at NBC, A Good Place. He’s getting a second project into development with a former Parks and Recreation producer Matt Hubbard that will follow an interracial couple that moves to the South.

Based off of that premise, if this project gets greenlit to series too, it might accompany The Carmichael Show quite nicely over at the peacock.

As it’s season 4, you have to wonder if people will start answering Billy’s questions, subjective as they are, right more often.

Bill Hader, Sarah Jessica Parker, Jason Sudeikis, Will Ferrell, Anna Kendrick, Julianne Moore, and Chris Pratt will all be guest stars, and likely pulled along whatever street Eichner happens to be patrolling, on this latest season of Billy on the Street premiering on Oct. 8th at 10:30PM on truTV.

We hope Will Ferrell and Billy get into some sort of shouting match over whatever game or obstacle course they’re doing.

While that’s all great to hear, we are curious to know if Maria will be playing her mom like she has done now and again.
