The teaser for the latest season of Nathan For You was already a bit discombobulating.

Now, the full trailer for season 3 has Nathan Fielder really taking us to some unexpected places, both confusing and kind of great. Yes, he’s still just doing solutions for struggling businesses if you were wondering.

Get yourself ready, then watch it here.

After that, you’ll have time to mentally and spiritually prepare yourself for the season premiere on Thurs. Oct. 15th at 10PM on Comedy Central.

Conan O’Brien attempted taking on a video game controller once again for another round of his renowned segment known as Clueless Gamer.

This time, Conan made it special by having the one and only Tony Hawk play the eponymous game Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 5 along with Lil’ Wayne.

What makes this episode even more enticing is that O’Brien, who has always professed how he’s not particular good at video games, challenges Lil’ Wayne for a high score.

Watch all of that here.

Even when Anderson Cooper is “doing” a “report” on CNN on said phenomenon, he should check over his shoulder more often.

Look for the new season of Billy on the Street on truTV on Thurs. Oct. 8th at 10:30PM.

Kevin Hart, Whitney Wolfe, Chris Christie, and Ryan Adams will be the first guests, in order, on The Daily Show with Trevor Noah that kicks off next week.

Having your first guests that are comedians, presidential candidates, and from the tech sector seem to be popular right now as Stephen Colbert had Elon Musk, Amy Schumer, and Jeb Bush in his first week at The Late Show.

Be sure to catch Trevor’s debut as The Daily Show host on Mon. Sept. 28th at 11PM on Comedy Central.

Stephen Colbert Toes The Line Nicely During “Late Show” with Donald Trump

September 23, 2015
Uncategorized
donald trump, late show, stephen colbert

It wouldn’t be hard to imagine the Stephen Colbert of The Colbert Report would have no issue with really going for the jugular of a guest like Donald Trump.

In fact, at the top of Trump’s appearance on The Late Show last night, Colbert apologized, as he has to hit more of the middle of the road on a broadcast network, for everything he’s said about the Donald over the years.

Stephen still managed to keep the interview enthralling for his old and new fan bases by letting Donald say whatever he was going to say like letting him not apologize for anything.

The game of over-the-top conservative pundit Colbert and Trump sayings was another perfect example of how Stephen didn’t step on anyones toes too much.

Amy Schumer Has Sold Her Book for $8-$10 Million

At this point, what isn’t Amy Schumer working on?

Yep, Amy Schumer has a book coming out.

Already this year, she’s had a hit summer R-rated comedy, hosted an awards show, won a plethora of awards herself along with accompanying critical acclaim, opened for Madonna on tour, has an HBO special coming out later this year, and is working on a screenplay with Jennifer Lawrence.

For many folks in entertainment, that would be years worth of very accomplished work, but Schumer isn’t stopping with just all of that. She has just sold a book for a paycheck to the tune of $8-$10 million. The details of the book are scarce at this point, but it would hard to imagine it be a sort of book that wouldn’t keep her 2015 win streak going.

Fondly remembering your childhood, and even going so far as to reboot it in many cases, is very en vogue right now.

Unfortunately, many things that you saw growing up, don’t hold up or are much worst than you remember.

Screen Junkies do a great, hilarious job of showing how many Disney movies were much darker and had much more racism than you probably would recall in their Honest Trailers like the one for The Lion King.

They do a real bang up job for their latest Honest Trailer for a time honored Disney movie, Peter Pan. Watch it and try to jog your memory how you let everything wrong about the movie slip by you.

With their success in original series, it was only a matter of time before Amazon started making movies like this one.

Desired Moments will mark Amazon’s initial foray into features and they’re definitely going for their high brow audiences that they’ve already scored with their critically acclaimed series. From a script by Griffin Creech and director Tom Kuntz, a TV station employee finds an online wish granting service and becomes enthralled by it.

We’re not sure where Wiig will come into play, but they’re aiming for Michel Gondry and Charlie Kaufman and we’re on board for that.

Fran Gillespie, Sudi Green, Will Stephen, Paul Masella, Chris Belair, and Dave Sirus will be writing on the 41st season of Saturday Night Live.

They will be replacing the likes of Alison Rich, Mike O’Brien, Nick Rutherford, Claire Mulaney, and Natasha Rothwell at SNL.

We’ll be curious to see if they’ll bring a new energy to the inevitable presidential race cold opens that they’ll have throughout this upcoming season.

Key Art by Sam Spratt

The Daily Show’s Hasan Minhaj has been working on this one man show, Homecoming King, following his childhood coming to America for quite some time now.

We got to catch it earlier this year and it’s absolutely heartfelt, funny, touching, and, most importantly, damn good.

It’s having a run at NYC’s Cherry Lane Theatre, where Colin Quinn often does his one man shows, from Oct. 15th-Nov. 15th and we highly urge you to not miss out.

If this teaser proves anything, it’s that Nathan Fielder might have made a more unbelievable season of Nathan For You than the previous ones..

WIth Fielder, someone who manages to consistently fool most of the Internet, that’s really saying something. Perhaps, this is just in of itself a clever ruse. Either way, we’re in for more of Fielder coming next month.

Season 3 of Nathan For You is set to premiere on Comedy Central on Thurs. Oct. 15th.
