Real life married comedian couple Naomi Ekperigin and Andy Beckerman are bringing their couples-of-all-kinds-work-things-out-on-stage-comedy-show to Nerdmelt next week. Joining them on Couples Therapy will be friends Sabrina Jalees & Nikki Glaser, significant others Nick Turner and Lyra Smith, and ex-wife and husband Alice Wetterlund and Andy Haynes.

The Goddamn Comedy Jam, which you might know in its adapted for television version The Comedy Jam, is doing another round of their half stand-up/storytelling, half rock show at The Roxy in West Hollywood on 9/11.
Probably like us, you’re already wondering what someone like Kevin Nealon might sing or do. You’ll have to go and see for yourself.

It’s appearances like these that make us think Nikki Glaser won’t wait to long before she gets another TV show of her own if she chooses to go down that road a third time.
One interesting thing to note…
We’re not sure if you know this or not, but, often times, when stand-up comedians go on a late night show and sit to do a panel interview, they’re still “doing a set”, but doing so in the clever disguise of an actual conversation/interview.
Nikki Glaser, who has done plenty of wonderful, traditional late night stand-up sets, give a great example of how one weaves a set list of jokes through an actual conversation on Conan.

Monday nights have a new weekly stand-up show for you to catch in LA.
If You Build It with Kara Klenk will be happening every Monday starting August 7th at UCB Sunset and they’re kicking it off with one hell of a line-up including Dana Gould, Nikki Glaser, Baron Vaughn, Guy Branum, and Marcella Arguello.

As we’ve said before, there are a few comics out there that are built to do sets on late night.
Nikki Glaser is one of the comics and, again, showed why on her recent set from The Tonight Show.
She also made one of the most enjoyable impressions we’ve seen of Jennifer Aniston yet.
The Viceland series, Party Legends, where some of the craziest party stories get the animated treatment as directed by the one and only Lance Bangs, is having a premiere screening tomorrow at Cinefamily coupled with a stand-up show with some of LA’s best.

For those looking for any bit of positivity in the world these days, you might enjoy a competitive comedy show where all involved try to out-compliment each other.
Boast Rattle acts like an antithesis, even in name, to the phenomenon Roast Battle and definitely takes your mom’s advice of “if you have nothing nice to say, then don’t say it” to heart.
Also, regardless of the compliments that will be hurled at one another, the line-up is stellar as well.

Cuck returns for its second go around this Friday having the host watch their jokes performed by other comedians in front of them. That’s on top of an already very solid stand-up show.

Netflix has nabbed several golden geese with lining-up comedy specials from Dave Chappelle, Chris Rock, Louis CK, Amy Schumer, and Jerry Seinfeld.
That doesn’t mean they want to do comedy specials with some of comedy’s best rising stars.
So, with that in mind, they’ve gathered Nikki Glaser, Deon Cole, Beth Stelling, Fortune Feimster, and Dan Soder for half hour comedy specials, which is the next logical step for Netflix’s ever expanding stand-up and comedy empire.

As Nikki Glaser isn’t currently busy with her great show Not Safe, she can do things like perform stand-up, the thing that got her on TV in the first place, on The Tonight Show.

One of the best segments on Not Safe with Nikki Glaser is Nikki and a guest comedian remotely feeding lines of dirty talk to porn stars in the act.
Moshe Kasher does this latest round and does not disappoint.
It’s a good sign for a topical comedy show when they can show a tonal flexibility to examine a very serious topic in a very sobering way, then bring it back to a great joke.
That’s what Not Safe with Nikki Glaser did when covering the topic of rape on college campuses, along with an assist from Garbage Time’s own Katie Nolan and the great Ron Funches.
Not Safe with Nikki Glaser took time to go to a Trump rally to delve into the sexual proclivities of Trump supporters, and a bit of their politics as well.
We’re going to guess that their findings will not surprise you. However, they’re still pretty damn fun.
It was so great the first time that Nikki Glaser had herself and Kyle Kinane feed lines to porn stars during their scenes that they thankfully made it into a recurring segment.

That’s a good majority of who is performing at the 34th edition of the world renowned JFL Festival in Montreal this year. As you can see, it’s a giant bill of many comedy’s biggest names per usual.
Please note that this doesn’t include the couple dozen or so comedians that will be featured as JFL Montreal’s New Faces of Comedy. Those will not be announced before those live showcases take place.
