Certainly, one way to raise a bunch of money to end family separation and guarantee a sold out show is to gather the cast of Brooklyn Nine-Nine together for a live event.

This will feature reading scenes, music, and an audience Q&A.

Get tickets here while they’re still available.

Brooklyn Nine-Nine to Live on at NBC

“We got your SIX! #Brooklyn99 is officially coming to NBC!”

-@nbcentertainment

After a seemingly out-of-nowhere cancellation of Brooklyn Nine-Nine over at Fox was met with the force of a very disappointed Internet, NBC took up the mantle (and also brought yet another Mike Schur property back to the peacock) and continuing Brooklyn Nine-Nine for its sixth season on their network.

So, maybe, in the case of TV shows and TV shows only, thoughts and prayers work?

Fox Cancels Brooklyn Nine-Nine, Last Man on Earth, The Mick

Well, it looks like Fox is pretty much done with high concept single camera sitcoms for awhile (except for Seth MacFarlane’s The Orville).  Brooklyn Nine-Nine made it to five seasons, Last Man on Earth did four, and The Mick only lasted two.

It should be noted that while Last Man on Earth is on its way out, Fox is still looking towards reviving Tim Allen vehicle Last Man Standing. The addition of another multicam sitcom that takes place in a retirement home, The Cool Kids, even further suggests Fox is going all in on older audiences.

Looks like season 3 of Brooklyn Nine-Nine might go off the rails in the best way possible.

Spoiler alert for those who haven’t been watching Brooklyn Nine-Nine: Andre Braugher’s captain on the show took a different NYPD position and the precinct will now have a new captain in none other than Bill Hader.

Apparently, his stint there might not last the whole season, but having Bill to just kick the third season off is pretty great.

We guess it was only a matter of time before a mobile app game that Gina and Ray have played so obsessively on Brooklyn Nine-Nine became a real thing.

Well, that matter of time has come to a close and Kwazy Cupcakes is now a real game that you can download, play, and also not solving any crimes.

Score one for life imitating art.

The latest guest starring roles on Brooklyn Nine-Nine not only are going to Stephen Root and Sandra Bernhard, but they will be coming on to the show as the parents of Gina/Chelsea Peretti and Charles/Joe Lo Truglio, respectively.

We’re expecting to see plenty of .gifs that intercut between these episodes and Office Space and King of Comedy.

Chelsea Peretti got to sit down with Conan this week and revealed that she had encountered an Internet troll face to face, found that you can get the voice of her Brooklyn Nine Nine co-star, Terry Crews, on the Waze app, as well giving Conan and the rest of us a nice crash course in emoji vocabulary.

We’re guessing the underlying issue with that specific Internet troll is that she’s probably upset because she couldn’t get the Terry Crews voice on her Waze.

The award winning Brooklyn Nine-Nine is returning for its second season on Sept. 28th 8:30PM on Fox, but you can get a first look now of what might happen for the series sophomore turn.

At the very least, you can enjoy fictional sitcom cops who don’t racially profile or are over militarized.

The Golden Globes winning series Brooklyn Nine Nine will be returning to Fox Sept. 28th for its second season.

While that’s certainly a reason to get excited, Jenny Slate, who we hope you all thoroughly enjoyed in Obvious Child this year, will also be guest starring on that very same season premiere episode.

We wouldn’t be surprised if this is only the start of what Brooklyn Nine Nine has up its sleeve for this season.

Brooklyn Nine-Nine Taking to Food Trucks For Emmy Campaign

Most “For Your Consideration” campaigns by shows and movies consist of billboards and perhaps some interesting, innovative mailers. Brooklyn Nine-Nine is stepping it up by taking over a whole food truck and giving out food to Emmy voters.

Glad to see one show, and a funny one at that, is getting innovative for their award campaign.
