This is just a friendly public service announcement to remind you that there is another side to the What We Do In the Shadows Universe that is coming stateside. More specifically, season 3 of Wellington Paranormal, the ridiculously hysterical spin-off that follows the Keystone Cops-y paranormal investigative unit for the New Zealand Police in Wellington, is coming to U.S. platforms.

On Wed. Jun. 22nd at 9PM, Wellington Paranormal season 3 will premiere on The CW (then probably stream on CW for free afterwards). Currently, you can stream seasons 1 and 2 on cwtv.com and, if you’re jonesin’ for anything remotely close to WWDS like we are, you’re going to want to get in on all three seasons over and over and over.

“Just turned on my wifi on our flight to Chicago and found out that #CrazyExGirlfriend has been renewed for a final season.

Crazy Ex-Girlfriend has always been a show that does everything, from top to bottom, on its terms, especially being a dark musical rom com done from a feminist perspective and getting acclaim from the get go and subsequently winning awards.

Something tells us that Bloom, Aline Brosh McKenna, and company are going to keep doing just that as they will bring Rebecca Bunch’s story to a close.

Eight hour long episodes have been ordered the network.

The long-running Fox late night sketch series, Mad TV, is getting a second life at The CW.

There is going to be a completely new cast, but old cast members will be making special guest appearances. You better bet your bottom dollar that they’re going to try to get Mad TV alums Key & Peele, Alex Borstein, Ike Barinholtz, and Bobby Lee on the show.

This Mad TV revival along with Party Over Here makes it seem like sketch comedy is having a revival on network television.
