Casey Wilson is not only re-teaming with David Caspe from Happy Endings for their NBC pilot Marry Me, but now, Ken Marino will star opposite her.
There are no details if he’s going to play more of the husband role that he’s played in Wanderlust or Burning Love, but we’re sure Marino is going to be great whether playing awful or great fiancé.
David Wain To Direct Amy Poehler’s NBC Pilot ‘Old Soul’
David Wain is going to direct an Amy Poehler pilot at NBC and while there isn’t any commitment to air it, we’re sure the Internet would love to see this Old Soul pilot if it doesn’t get picked up to series.
Billy Eichner running and screaming, Amy Poehler, Lena Dunham, Seth Meyers, bouncing, and more are all encompassed in this trailer for the latest season Billy on the Street. Colin Jost will join Cecily Strong in co-anchoring Saturday Night Live’s Weekend Update replacing Seth Meyers when Meyers heads to Late Night.
The shifting from Weekend Update host to Late Night host to host of The Tonight Show seems to be a last bastion of old school television especially considering that many of the newer late night shows are named just after the host.

There’s no specifics on what the half hour series would be, but given Cosby’s latest special Far From Finished, doing things like taking over Funny or Die’s Twitter account, constantly leading Jimmy Fallon through his late night segments during his appearance, we’d guess that this will be a Cosby Show for now.

Fox Gives The Lonely Island Development Deal
The Lonely Island will be developing projects/content to be distributed through various Fox media properties over the next few years.
Both The Lonely Island and John Mulaney have now gone from being on SNL at NBC to their own projects at Fox. Perhaps, it’s just a coincidence?
Tonight’s is offering up more than a solid block of TV comedy with the comedy partners of the moment Amy Poehler and Tina Fey back hosting The Golden Globes live at 8PM EST/5PM PST on NBC, which leaves more than enough time on the West coast to catch the premiere of Season 3 of Girls on HBO at 10PM.
We’d say plan accordingly, but it looks like we have already done that for you.
