The inaugural edition of this show was so much damn fun. If you thought that comedians playing very bad video games was a winning formula, you were right on.

Again, Mike Drucker put together another great line-up that will play and riff through some of the worst of the worst in the video game canon.

Tickets are $10, but you can enter to win free tickets via our friends at DoLA.

A unifying bond of comedians is the painful, cringeworthy start that they all had. Giulia Rozzi’s show First Set gathers comedians that are very funny and revisits those beginnings as well as contrasts it with honed, well-crafted comedy that they currently do. It’s like Mortified, but specifically for stand-up.

Baron Vaughn, Ramon Rivas, Melissa McQueen, and Jade Catta-Preta will be showcasing their comedy “then vs. now” next Monday at UCB Sunset.

Tickets are $5 and you can (and should) get them here.

#OnTheHorizon

Art Sandwich Confidential is a comedy show at The Loft at Liz’s, an art gallery, where comedians will do their act then transition into stories inspired by the art on display. This time around, the art exhibition is entitled BLUE, so blue humor is the order for the evening.

With Ramon Rivas, Megan Gailey, Calise Hawkins, The Puterbaugh Sisters, Ryan Dalton, and Curtis Cook getting blue in the name of art, we think you shouldn’t miss out on this. In fact, admission is free (though there’s a $10 suggested donation to support the comics.

Art Sandwich Confidential Vol. 2-an evening of BLUE Humor is happening this Friday, Dec. 16th at 7PM at The Loft at Liz’s, 453 S. La Brea Ave., Los Angeles, CA.

More details here.

Ramon Rivas seems like he has a good thing going in Cleveland and, if you can, you should help him keep that good thing going.

From Sept. 11th-13th, Cleveland, Ohio will have its 2015 edition of the Accidental Comedy Festival that will feature the comedic stylings of Ted Alexandro, Dave Hill, Greg Barris, The Puterbaugh Sisters, Drew Michael, Noah Gardenswartz, Kenny DeForest, Will Miles, Nate Fridson, The Undone Sweaters, Clark Jones and more.

It should be a real good time, especially if you want to catch a bunch of the NYC outside of NYC. You can get your passes here.

Ramon’s looking to raise $7000 on indiegogo to pay for various festival costs. You can and should donate here.
