Adam Reed’s having a good day.
Not only will Archer creator Adam Reed’s beloved espionage comedy Archer get three more seasons, putting them at 10 total, Reed has also gotten an overall deal to develop and produce other projects at FX.
So, even if Archer might come to an end before the end of 2020, you can bet that Reed will probably have something as offbeat and fun on either FX or FXx to take its place.
Man Seeking Woman just keeps surprising us just when we thought they had no surprises left.
Watch how close a fight between two friends over dating one’s ex-girlfriend resembles a fight between giant robots from your favorite shows as a kid.
Set a reminder.
Stephen Falk’s brilliant You’re The Worst has made quite the impression in its two seasons on FXx with plenty of glowing reviews and articles. It would seem that it’s set for another great run in season 3 this summer.
Again, look for the season premiere on FXx on Wednesday, August, 31st.

Man Seeking Woman is yet another comedy that has quietly given FXx a formidable comedy line-up.
Though you might have not been aware, Man Seeking Woman has been looking as fantastical as ever in taking metaphors and similes often used to describe the experiences of coming of age and making them into very literal experiences (ex. an actual graduation ceremony for buying a better beer).
The surrealism has played quite well for the series creator Simon Rich as he has just got an order for a third season to premiere in 2017. In the meantime, you might to watch/rewatch episodes over at Hulu.
Cue Drake’s Started From the Bottom.
It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia has been a stalwart for years over at FX Networks. The show has even survived going from FX to anchoring the birth of the sister network, FXx.
Now, almost 11 years after its series premiere, Always Sunny is getting a 13th and 14th season and will now tie The Adventures of Ozzie and Harriet for the title of television’s longest live running live action comedy series.
Time will only tell, but perhaps they’ll even get to South Park or Simpsons territory.

Someone at FX really knows how to pick ‘em.
Following Falk’s You’re The Worst, which has gotten critical acclaim from the get go and has continued with that through its second season, Stephen is teaming up with the wondrous Cameron Esposito in developing a single camera comedy that exhibits a juxtaposition of the lives of sisters, one straight and one gay and both in their 30s. It will be based on Esposito’s life and could make for a really great addition to FX’s already beloved comedy line-up.
In addition to her debut hour special coming to Seeso next month, 2016 is looking more and more like an Cameron Esposito banner year.
10PM on FXx.
Season 11 of It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia and season 2 of Man Seeking Woman are premiering tonight at FXx and represent a solid comedy block on Wednesdays for the network.
It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia is at 10PM and Man Seeking Woman is on at 10:30PM. Tune in, DVR, or wait for it stream accordingly.
The conceit of FXx’s Man Seeking Woman is that all the metaphors that people compare every aspect of love, dating, marriage, relationships, etc. actually come to life making for some pretty trippy scenes that really resonate with folks.
Season 2, while it has a new arc with the main character Josh, is making good on that dynamic, which will include a horny Santa.
Watch all of this in the red band trailer here, then look for the premiere on FXx on Wed. Jan. 6th.
After 7 seasons of rambunctious fantasy sports between friends that we’re, at times, probably too close, The League is coming to a close.
The series finale airs tonight at 10PM on FXx. So, take a break from your actual fantasy sports league and watch what is likely the most famous fictional fantasy sports league.
We help but think that both this and It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia reaching their ends is signaling the end of an era at FXx and the rise of Stephen Falk is the signaling of a new one.

Stephen Falk is slowly, but surely on his way to becoming a comedy maven and we’re all for it.
You’re The Worst has garnered a lot of attention to FXx and, FX Networks has smartly rewarded the people behind the series, Stephen Falk. Falk has an overall deal, which has already been able to put to use with the addition of a comedy somewhat based on the life of You’re The Worst writer Alison Bennett and an adaptation of Danny Wallace’s Join Me from Franklin Hardy and Shane Kosakowski, who are both also You’re The Worst writers.
Don’t be surprised if FXx has a significant portion of Falk-produced shows in its line-up very soon.
On top of it being a really hysterical dark romantic comedy series, You’re The Worst has managed to touch on issues like depression in a grounded way that’s also, ironically, not depressing.
Case in point from this latest season: Jimmy and friends trying to help an emotionally catatonic Gretchen.
It should go without saying that we’re happy that there’s a third season of this in the works.

FX is very smart to keep You’re The Worst around on FXx, especially as The League is coming to a close.
We’re getting another whole season of the modern day, unfiltered romance of Jimmy and Gretchen, warts and all, as FX has just reupped Stephen Falk’s You’re The Worst for its third season.
Falk has already covered so much thematic and emotional territory that Falk we’ll undoubtedly be taken pleasantly by surprise again when the third season rolls around.
Mac, Dennis, Charlie, Dee, and Frank are all at it again for season 11 of It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia.
What are we exactly referring to by “it”?
Well, by now, you should know that it is whatever the worst thing is, it is the gang trying to one up that.
See for yourself in this upcoming season’s teaser, then look for the season premiere on Wed. Jan. 6th on FXx.

January 2016 will be a busy month for FX’s comedy schedule.
On Wed. Jan. 6th, It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia will premiere its 11th season at 10PM and Man Seeking Woman will kick off its sophomore season right after at 10:30PM all on FX.
On the flagship channel, FX, the highly anticipated Baskets starring Zach Galifianakis as someone who dreams of being a clown, will have its series premiere later in the month on Thurs. Jan. 21st at 10PM.
Mark your calendar now or just wait for the inevitable roll out of teaser, trailers, and another reminder from us probably.
Even though they have come to co-habitate under the same roof, You’re The Worst’s Gretchen and Jimmy still manage to find new cracks in their relationship to explore.
Case in point: Jimmy’s strategy to deal with a Gretchen that hides when she’s sad. Watch it here.
10:30PM on FXx
While Catastrophe has been holding down your need for romantic comedy series that take a look at more unfiltered relationships between season 1 of You’re The Worst and the premiere of season 2, the wait is over.
Jimmy and Gretchen return as one of the most exciting and daring couples to watch on TV tonight in the return of You’re The Worst.
Again, it’s 10:30PM tonight on FXx.
You can actually watch the first three episodes completely free.
The much lauded modern romantic comedy series You’re The Worst is about to come back for its second season next week on Wed. Sept. 9th on FXx.
You can see what everyone else has been talking about for months now as all ten episodes of season 1 are now online at Hulu. You’ll have to have a Hulu subscription to watch the back 7 episodes, but we’re sure you either have one or are resourceful enough to get one.
Get binge watching on the love story that embraces warts and all with Jimmy and Gretchen here.

It’s being pitched as a female-led post-apocalyptic buddy comedy a la Butch Cassidy and The Sundance Kid, which also makes us think of the sort of show that would have happened had Thelma and Louise survived.
FXx’s latest comedy will be the animated Cassius and Clay from Archer’s Adam Reed and Megan Ganz whose written for both Community and Modern Family with a great cast in Kaitlin Olson from It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia, Lake Bell from Childrens Hospital, and Susan Sarandon. The three of them would be a cool bunch in a number of different scenario, but a post-apocalyptic setting should be especially fun to watch. Also, they have a guest cast that includes none other than Jeffrey Tambor and Stephen Root.
It’s set to debut sometime next year on FXx and we have yet to figure if there will be any sort of connection or reference to Muhammad Ali’s former name.
It won’t be much longer before potentially your favorite functionally dysfunctional couple, Jimmy and Gretchen, return to FXx for the second season of You’re The Worst.
Just see what sort of trail of havoc they’re going to wreak in this season 2 trailer, then look for the premiere on Sept. 9th on FXx.
Get for a hour comedy block of functionally really dysfunctional relationships on FXx.
While the branding isn’t still entirely clear, FX’s FXx looks like it’ll have a great hour of comedy during the week with two of its lauded shows.
10PM-Season 7 premiere of The League
10:30PM-Season 2 premiere of You’re The Worst
Be sure to set your calendar or DVR or just be sure to watch it online after that.

Though Fox ADHD had to move over from Fox to FXx, it turns out Fox isn’t completely done with ADHD on their main broadcast network.
Golan The Insatiable will have a summer run on Fox in primetime and be the first series from Fox ADHD on the network since their airtime got cut. It will follow a monstrous creature from another dimension that becomes unlikely friends with a strange, little, troublemaking girl.
The pair will be voiced by Rob Riggle and Aubrey Plaza respectively along with a fantastic supporting cast of Ken Marino, John DiMaggio, Maria Bamford, Nick Rutherford, and Rachel Butera.
Golan the Insatiable is set to premiere May 31st at 9:30PM and offers a fascinating contrast to Fox’s other animated series on Sunday nights: Bob’s Burgers, The Simpsons, and Family Guy.
This is what you’ll be burning the midnight oil with tonight.
Fox ADHD has now moved their Animation Domination over to FXx for a third season and will kick off at 12AM tonight. That means Axe Cop, Lucas Brothers Moving Co., High School USA!, and Stone Quackers all return to TV tonight.
Perhaps, if this does well enough, all these shows will get their own standalone slot?
OK, Charlie, Mac, Dennis, Dee, and Frank are probably a little more extreme than their fans, but that’s why the It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia loyal love them so much.
Certainly, there’s a similarity in the types of tattoos that the cast and fans of the show get, but, true to form, Charlie Day, Glenn Howerton, and Rob McElhenney go a little further than their fans.
Watch them show off while on Conan here.
FXx’s latest series Man Seeking Woman takes the nightmarish parts of dating literally. All the emotionally horrific things that star Jay Baruchel goes through, accompanied by Eric Andre, are then actualized into something more terrifying, which is pretty fun to watch.
The first full trailer just got released and you can watch it here.
After that, you can catch the premiere of Man Seeking Woman on Wed. Jan. 14th 10:30PM on FXx.
