NYC’s Greg Barris is bringing his Heart of Darkness back to the Hollywood Improv stage this Wednesday. Throughout the years we’ve always enjoyed the mix of a comedy show and “spiritual journey” that is Heart of Darkness.

Also, as you can see, you’ll get to enjoy the comedic stylings of Drew Carey, The Lucas Brothers, Barry Rothbart, Anna Seregina, and more!

Tickets are $10 (with a 2 item minimum). You can (and should) get them here.

The rest of our listings for comedy shows, events, open mics, maps, and more can be found at www.thecomedybureau.com.

On last night’s Late Late Show with guest host Drew Carey, Brendon Walsh got to do a set where he told the story of getting a DUI test when he used to live in Texas.

Ideally, if you ever get a sobriety test, you wouldn’t be doing what Walsh was doing at the time.

Watch it here.

Now that we’re into the interim period of The Late Late Show between Ferguson and Corden, it would seem that there are going to be a lot more comedians doing sets on the show over the coming weeks.

We’re definitely happy about that.

Already, Lachlan Patterson has done a set this week. Now, you can enjoy the delightful Esther Povitsky who notched in a set on The Late Late Show last night.

Craig Ferguson has given his last monologue, interview, and obligatory big musical number to say goodbye as host of The Late Late Show at CBS.

However, The Late Late Show isn’t going on hiatus waiting for the new host, James Corden, to take over. CBS has guests hosts lined-up to fill in each week for the interim.

This interim period of The Late Late Show begins tonight with Craig’s good friend and The Price Is Right host Drew Carey as the first guest host. Also, please note that Eric Idle, Lachlan Patterson, Jessica St., Clair, and Esther Povitsky are all scheduled to appear as guests this week as well.

So, maybe you’ll want to tune in 12:35AM on CBS?

Craig Ferguson and Drew Carey Set to Swap Hosting Gigs for April Fool’s Day

The prospect of Craig Ferguson hosting The Price Is Right and Drew Carey doing a night of The Late Late Show, especially after their time together on The Drew Carey Show, will undoubtedly be a good time.

However, as this is supposed to be part of April Fool’s Day “festivities”, we are tempted to suspect that there’s more to this than just swapping.
