Trevor Moore has a brand new comedy special coming to Comedy Central next week after his Drunk Texts to Myself, Trevor Moore: High in Church. There will be sketches, songs, dancing girls, as well as the exploration of what a parallel kitty universe would be like.

How exactly would a “kitty universe” be like ours? Luckily, Trevor has a music video to show you just how cats are exactly just like us in every way, no matter how dark it is, in some alternate universe.

After that, be sure to watch Trevor Moore: High in Church Fri. Mar. 6th at midnight on Comedy Central.

Even though Amy Schumer has Inside Amy Schumer and her upcoming movie Trainwreck, she’s still expanding her brand. Being the voice behind an animated cartoon character seems to be the next step according to this “behind-the-scenes” video, even though it’s not what she expected.

Please note, this is probably NSFW.

The Kid President loves to go caroling so much that he doesn’t want to wait until the end of the year to do it. So, with the aid of Craig Robinson, he meows Christmas carols as a cat to make it less seasonal and more fun. Of course, no one is expecting this when they come to the door.

Watch it all unfold here.

2) The Hollywood Fringe Festival is already under way with several comedy events that are on the “fringe”, but if you want to submit for next year, you can now, according to their guide for this year, go here and post about it.

3) Comedy Store paid regular Jerrod Carmichael has been on Twitter for awhile, but he’s only now starting to share his brilliant humor with the microblogging world, @NotoriousRod as he live tweets his niece’s dance recital.

4) Hilarious Atom.com webseries Kid Farm w/Pete Holmes finally has another episode!!! (that would be your cue to click the link or press the play button below)

6) Garfunkel & Oates have a new song! “My Apartment’s Very Clean Without You”. Great way to start off a nostalgic Sunday

7) Below is a clip of Louis CK doing a 3 minute set in 1987. He’s doing dolphin jokes. There’s hints of what he does now, but only hints. It’s now 2011 and some of his best material is about his two daughters.  To anyone thinking wondering about development as an artist as a comedian, well, here’s a perfect example of how drastic it can be.

11) Last night I did 20 minutes that I would best describe as mostly nonsense riffing with a strong start and finish that I would most likely want to delete off of my phone’s voice recorder.  Yet, a real person (not a comic) came up to me and thanked me for making him laugh.  Despite what I thought, I didn’t correct him because, really, he’s right.

12) Special thanks to Jordan Brady for the shout out on Twitter this morning.  Please follow him at @IAmComicMovie (oh yeah, did I mentioned he directed I Am Comic?)

Dave Ross: Cats and Pussy Live at Bridgetown!

davetotheross:

Totally forgot to post this. You’ll love it! (Maybe!)

It was so much fun to do a live recording of this podcast. Finally, Jake and I got to act like retards in real life. The episode ran through a star-studded cast of hilarious guests, including Paul Danke, Paul Jay, Jen Goldberg,

OH, how I wish I was there for this, but there was too much awesome comedy for one person to handle, probably just like this podcast all rolled into one.
