Jason Bateman To Narrate New Lego Documentary
In addition to doing some announcing for The Dodgers, the voice of Jason Bateman will now narrate a new documentary on the world of Lego.
We’re not sure how involved he will be with the project, but one can only hope that he’s bring a little of his sensibilities from Bad Words to his narration for this doc.
Every time Bill Murray stops by to hang out at The Late Show with David Letterman, it’s always one hell of a great, silly time.

Will Ferrell to Star in ‘Match Maker’ Based on Bobby Riggs vs. Billie Jean King
One of the most talked about sporting events in history, The Battle of The Sexes, a tennis match in 1973 between men’s tennis star Bobby Riggs and women’s tennis star Billy Jean King is getting a movie adaptation and Will Ferrell is starring.
Remove the mustache, the burgundy suit, and add a tennis racket and we can definitely see Ferrell in this.
Taking advantage of being in Dallas, Conan O’Brien brought his infamous associate producer Jordan Schlansky to a western wear shop to dress him up as a cowboy.
As you can imagine, Jordan wasn’t that into it making this remote segment all the better.
The panel debate show No, You Shut Up with Paul F. Tompkins has a whole new batch of clips to watch as well as playing weeknights on Fusion at 6:30PM PST.

David Letterman to Retire from CBS in 2015
That’s right, announced today, David Letterman will step down as host of The Late Show in 2015.
Aside from possible successors or him outlasting Leno, we can only delight to think what Bill Murray will be doing to commemorate his last episode.

Baby Cow Productions Set For Alan Partridge Sequel
Not even having made its way into U.S. theaters yet, Alan Partridge is already set for a sequel from Baby Cow Productions. We just saw Alan Partridge (AKA Alpha Papa) last night and can tell you, as hysterical as that we’re thrilled that a follow up is already in the works.
Seriously, Alan Partridge is damn funny and after you go see it this weekend in limited release, we’re sure you’ll want the sequel to come out ASAP.
Byron Bowers is one of our favorite comedians to watch and we’re so lucky that he’s based here in LA and we can see him regularly. However, the whole country got to watch/can watch his great set from The Pete Holmes Show.

Brooklyn Comedy Festival Taking Submissions Through Apr. 30th
This Summer, you could be in a comedy festival in Brooklyn, appropriately called The Brooklyn Comedy Festival, as it’s taking submissions for performers.
You have up until 9PM PST Apr. 30th to submit, so if you live in NYC or plan on being there around then, you should get in on this.
The new slogan for Dallas by Andy Richter during Conan’s week in Dallas would be pretty great to see this on a billboard or a bumper sticker.
Matt Knudsen Coming Out with New Comedy Album “American” Apr. 29th
On top of almost finishing his second marathon, the hilarious Matt Knudsen is about to release a new comedy album called American.
It’s out Apr. 29th, but until then you can watch his great Conan set.
Following the news of David Letterman retiring from The Late Show, he offered up a poignant story of why he’ll be packing it up in 2015 during last night’s episode.
Apparently, he saw an eagle and, a day later, came to the conclusion that he needed to make a call to Leslie Moonves. Watch David’s official announcement and the story here.
John Mulaney’s appearance last night on Late Night with Seth Meyers covered a whole lot of ground that we found out the elements that were the catalyst for Stefon, a wonderful story about a farm not to have a wedding at, and a nice brief preview of his upcoming Fox sitcom Mulaney (at min. 28).
Not that you’d be surprised, but this is all pretty great and worth watching now.

It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia has been good to FX/FXx in both ratings and establishing a brand and FX/FXx is now returning the favor.
Always Sunny is getting renewed for two seasons to play through 2016 and RCG Productions (Rob McElhenney, Charlie Day, Glenn Howerton) are developing a series that is already greenlit starring Tracy Morgan in addition to three script projects and a pilot.
At least in real life, Mac, Charlie, and Dennis are on top.

Paul Danke Recording Album for AST Records
Fri. Apr. 25th will be the night that the very funny Paul Danke lays down his sweet words to a record, a digital one that is. This comedy album will come from one of the best comedy album labels around AST Records.
