Chicago’s 26th Annual Festival, put together by the minds behind The Onion, The AV Club, Clickhole, and TruTV, will be in its 4th year at the end of May/beginning of June and has a pretty fantastic line-up that includes a sneak peek of Nathan For You, Patton Oswalt, 35mm screening of Idiocracy with Mike Judge, Aparna Nancherla, and more.

Here’s proof that Nathan Fielder can actually make business plans that aren’t just elaborate pranks.
Only two months ago, Nathan For You’s Nathan Fielder came out with his own Summit Ice jacket as a response to finding out that his former favorite jacket made by Taiga honored a Holocaust denier. In that time, over $300,000 has been raked in from the jacket going on sale and all the profits are set to go to the Vancouver Holocaust Education Center. At this pace, Fielder has claimed that the sales of Summit Ice will reach a $2.2 million annual gross.
Now that there is a Summit Ice t-shirt and a knit cap available that also raise money for the same cause, don’t be surprised when he’s right.
Even when behind-the-scenes, when one would supposedly let their guard down and show what was going on when none of us were looking, Nathan Fielder is still pretty damn funny.

Of this arguable golden era of Comedy Central, Nathan For You is definitely one of their most brilliant shows going right now. So, a 4th season seemed pretty much inevitable and the announcement of it seemed to be kept in the pocket for tonight’s season 3 finale at 10PM tonight on Comedy Central.
Either way, we’ll be excited to see how and what Nathan will pull of a season 4 of the show.
For some reason, some people are of the opinion that Nathan Fielder isn’t a fun person.
Fielder wanted to squash any such notion and, of course, took to do so on his own terms with an extensive scientific test that would prove he’s fun on Nathan For You.
At this point, it’s not about if or how Nathan Fielder will top his last “business solution”/prank on Nathan For You. Every plan that he has is almost its own work of art to be admired along with copious amounts of laughter exclusive from any other. In a manner of speaking, they’re all beautifully funny and trying to compare one to the other is a fool’s errand.
Just watch his latest “hotel sex box” plan that allows parents to get it on while staying with their kids in a hotel room and you’ll understand what we’re getting at.

What started off as an elaborate Nathan For You prank brought about of Nathan Fielder’s disdain for an outdoor wear company Taiga’s tribute to a Holocaust denier has raised a significant chunk of change for the Vancouver Holocaust Education Center to the tune of $45,000 and counting.
On top of that, A-listers like Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Jack Black, Jimmy Kimmel, Ellie Kemper, and more have bought and worn Fielder’s Summit Ice Jacket.
With folks like Nathan Fielder as well as Jon Stewart, John Oliver, and Kurt Braunohler around, one can see just how much good comedy, even at its most absurd, can do in the world.

Well, of course it did.
Based on his latest scheme of having people moving furniture as a workout to ease the labor demand of a moving company, prankster grandmaster Nathan Fielder had a real book published that would offer legitimacy to such a workout plan.
The book, The Movement, was sold on Amazon and made it to being a bestseller even though it was a ghostwritten book that we’re sure plenty of people bought because they’re all in on the joke. Just think of how well Dumb Starbucks merch sold and this should come as no shock to any one.
Either way, Nathan’s “brand” of business solutions are getting so strong, as exemplified by this book, that we’re sure that people will be into them, both business owner and customer, no matter how farfetched they are.
It’s been long the dread of many men in a heterosexual relationship of what they would do in a woman’s clothing store while they’re girlfriend or wife shopped.
Fortunately, Nathan Fielder has got a solution and it’s more than just some comfy seating in a corner.
It’s called a “Man Zone” and it’s made complete with awkward conversation with Nathan.
Just like his show Nathan For You, Nathan Fielder is the sly and subtle trickster that so many people have come to know and love when chatting with late night talk show hosts.
His appearance on last night’s Late Night with Seth Meyers is a perfect example as Nathan shared a “gift” as well as his “Italian fantasy vacation” with Seth.

One such plan includes using Best Buy’s Price Match guarantee as a loop hole.
Last week, Nathan Fielder unveiled the billboard to promote the new, upcoming season of his show Nathan For You. The billboard had such a striking resemblance to a billboard from NBC’s The Blacklist that any and all that saw it took it as parody.
However, while on last night’s Jimmy Kimmel Live, Fielder stresses in every which way he can that he’s not ripping off The Blacklist billboard.
It’s all just more genius meta level marketing from Nathan, which is probably the best reason for you tuning to the season 3 premiere on Comedy Central this Thursday at 10PM.
The teaser for the latest season of Nathan For You was already a bit discombobulating.
Now, the full trailer for season 3 has Nathan Fielder really taking us to some unexpected places, both confusing and kind of great. Yes, he’s still just doing solutions for struggling businesses if you were wondering.

Nathan For You’s Nathan Fielder did his part for Comedy Central’s Non-Denominational Christmas Special that premiered last night by singing a duet with international film star Marion Cotillard.
It’s pretty much everything you’d want a duet between Nathan and someone like Cotillard to be like.

Last night’s Nathan For You featured Nathan Fielder possibly at his most determined as he attempted to boost the sales of a toy ball called a “doink-it” by a very “mudslinging-esque” aggressive marketing campaign. The toy company that makes the “doink-it” was more than hesitant about Nathan’s plan, but, needless to say, Nathan didn’t play around.
On Conan last night, Nathan Fielder talked more on his Dumb Starbucks idea on Nathan For You as well as addressing the “unintentionally” explicit Instagrams he took earlier this year, which Instagram wasn’t too pleased with.
Also, Fielder’s interaction with Andy are priceless here.
As unconventional as his methods may be on Nathan For You, Nathan Fielder doesn’t very much appreciate when people try to mess with his plans or try to find a loophole or, even worse, just flat out lie to his face.
So, during his plan for Pink’s Hot Dogs here in LA to have people who have an appropriate reason to be in a hurry cut to the front of the line, he met a liar and ended up “teaching” him a lesson.
The latest exploits of the ever enterprising Nathan Fielder involves an online invitation service, an annoying person that one would know too well, and Nathan’s go to Bill Gates impersonator.
If that’s not enticing enough, the plan to develop a service where you could send certain invites to people that, perhaps, you work with, but don’t like and it would go directly to their spam folder.
That’s pretty clever, but the “test party” that Nathan throws to see if the service works is even better because that Bill Gates impersonator is there.
Nathan For You made waves all over the world when he founded Dumb Starbucks. After months after the first Dumb Starbucks, we all get the whole story including getting legal advice, becoming a parody artist, hiring the staff, and then actually opening up, all leading up to getting shut down for health code violations.
It’s as amazing as you would think it is. Hopefully, we’ll see the return of Dumb Starbucks soon.

Both Drunk History and Nathan For You just got picked up for their third seasons at Comedy Central only after a few weeks into their second seasons.
On their night, we’ll still maintain that Drunk History, Nathan For You combined with The Daily Show, The Colbert Report, and “@midnight” is one of the most solid blocks of comedy on TV right now and will thankfully be that way in the future.
A liquor store is Nathan Fielder’s latest goal in helping small, local business out on Nathan For You. His plan is to have teenagers buy alcohol that they will then have a claim to when they turn 21 and be able to legally drink it.
