You may be sad that the show is gone, but you can binge watch repeatedly now on Netflix.
Garfunkel and Oates, the series on IFC is indeed gone, but Netflix has taken the series in and you can stream it at your convenience.
Be sure to remember, Riki and Kate aren’t done as a great music duo.
The unfortunate news that the TV series adaptation of the lives and music of Garfunkel and Oates (Riki Lindhome and Kate Micucci) has come to an end at IFC after only one season.
However, Lindhome and Micucci will continue right on as Garfunkel and Oates as they tweeted out “Thank you for all the Twitter love. Sorry we won’t be bringing you any more IFC episodes but we have something exciting coming we promise…” as well as an Instagram of getting back to work and an upcoming date at The Venetian in Las Vegas.
While it’s sad to see them leave our TVs, we’re sure they’ll write a really funny, brilliant song about the whole experience.
A stop by a late night talk show by Garfunkel and Oates wouldn’t be complete without a live performance.
So, before chatting about their IFC series, they played The Fade Away, a great song/a heads up to people get broken up with that they don’t know that they’ve been broken up with.
In all of our anticipation for the upcoming Garfunkel & Oates series on IFC, IFC very nicely has put up a fun, full episode for our enjoyment that you can watch right now.

Following the premiere of Garfunkel & Oates the series on IFC on Aug. 7th, Kate Micucci and Riki Lindhome will tour in 14 cities across the country.
Specfically, Dallas, Houston, New York, Minneapolis, Chicago, San Francisco, Seattle, Los Angeles, Madison, Cincinnati, Indianapolis, Tampa, Boston, and New Orleans will get to see the duo live for the rest of the year.
Pre-sales will start on Wednesday and then tickets will go on sale on Friday and they’re probably going to go quick.

1) The Garfunkel and Oates Hour @ UCB Theatre took me by surprise, in the best way possible, even when I expected the “unexpected”. Having already seen the lovely and talented duo of Kate Micucci and Riki Lindhome separately, I suspected farcical/risqué songs from the unassuming, almost incongruous pair (Lindhome is a foot taller and plays guitar next to the petit Micucci who plays a ukelele). Yet, their abundant charm coupled with their cleverly worded and obscure reference-filled (John Donne and Spiro Agnew, just to name a few) songs about douchebags ruining the party, sex with animals, and the learning curve of hand jobs, was far past anything I had in mind for the evening. AND THEN… Justin Long, who, according to Lindhome, has only been in Herbie: Fully Loaded, read published poems by Michael Madsen that could be described as transcendent… via a certain, horrible, undeserving self-importance. One of the poems is merely about watching out for “the shit” because it’s “everywhere”. It was another thing in the Garfunkel and Oates Hour that completely blindsided me as I usually don’t expect much out of big-shot actors performing live comedy. The Garfunkel and Oates Hour is every 2nd Friday of the month at the UCB Theatre, 5919 Franklin Ave. 8PM/$10. They also perform at several other venues/dates around LA. 2) Yeah, I know it’s Saturday and Manny Pacquiao is going to beat whatever daylights that Antonio Margarito has left in him, which is EXACTLY the point. I KNOW THAT’S GOING TO HAPPEN.
