Wayne Federman is still continuing to keep it fresh and stay in the thick of comedy as his stand up performance on last night’s Tonight Show proved.
The set is kind of a great way to cap off the plethora of performances featured on his Chronicles of Federman album journeying through decades of Federman’s illustrious comedy career.

Of course, this being Vice, it’s called The Flop House.
H2, the expansion of The History Channel, hasn’t been working out and A+E and Vice have come together to take that spot and make into a brand new channel called Viceland.
It’ll be an entire Vice-bent network with series following LGBT explorations around the globe with Ellen Page, eating with Action Bronson, and a house party comedy show featuring stand-up called The Flop House.
In a launch reel for Viceland, you can see Solomon Georgio and Brandon Wardell doing stand-up at a house and we’re sure that there is way more tomfoolery in store for the show beyond that.
Look for Viceland to launch sometime next year, possibly in late February.
It’s called The No Small Talk Comedy Series featuring stand-ups live at NYC’s legendary Comedy Cellar.
That goes to show you how hot comedy is right now.
Nore Davis, Louis Katz, Yamaneika Saunders, Dov Davidoff, and more will be hosted by Cipha Sounds over five episodes and it’ll stream exclusively on Jay Z’s Tidal.

As long as we’ve gotten to see him since he moved to LA, Ahmed Bharoocha has always been a shining example of joke craftsmanship and execution.
So, anytime he’s doing a set, it’s worth your attention. Just watch his performance from Conan last night. In fact, we’ve probably seen this set dozens of times and still laugh pretty hard at it.
Simply put, the refined silliness of Eric Dadourian make us smile and double over laughing.
We hope his recent off-TV season performance at The Meltdown with Jonah & Kumail will make you feel the same way.

She showed just how she combines the two nicely in her stand-up debut on Conan, which you can and should watch here.

Both Amy Schumer: Live at The Apollo and The Gentlemen Jerry Rocha have their premieres tonight at 10PM on HBO and Fuse, respectively.
Both are solid choices to watch, so try and watch both however you can pull that off.
If you’re going to use your lunch break to watch this, make sure you work at some place that’s maybe cooler with NSFW than elsewhere.
Anthony Jeselnik’s latest hour special, Thoughts and Prayers, has just arrived on Netflix. Taped in San Francisco, Jeselnik makes a point, as he always expertly does, to leave no sacred cow undesecrated.

We’re glad to see that Jimmy Kimmel Live is continuing to have more stand-up as of late as well as featuring the comedic stylings of someone we’ve been a fan of for quite some time like Byron Bowers.
You’ll never think about museums dedicated to the Civil Rights Movement the same way after watching Byron’s set.

We’d hope got a delightful taste of Beth Stelling this past weekend when her half hour special premiered on Comedy Central. If so, you’d know how much of a sweetheart she is while also being cleverly subversive throughout her comedy and then subsequently fall in love with her like we have over and over again.
If not, you’ll probably fall in love with her any way, hence the album title.

To cap off a veritable “Randy Liedtke Week” of having a half hour comedy special premiere on Comedy Central, an appearance on @midnight, and doing Conan, Liedtke also released his album, I’m On a Roll, on Comedy Central Records.
Whether you’ve watched Randy all week or not, we’re pretty sure you’ll get charmed by his well-crafted silliness that never wavers in how pure it is in this recording. Just look at the album art if you’re skeptical.

Amy Schumer kept that tradition alive and well last night.

For his latest hour special, Anthony Jeselnik decided to test himself by taping it in a very politically correct town like San Francisco. Having seen Jeselnik alive, well, and still toeing the line with his villainously clever material after he finished the taping, we’re thinking that it went pretty well.

Coming yet again from Comedy Dynamics is another hour special that we’ve been waiting awhile to see. Sentenced to Live is the brand new hour special from the always sharp, politically savvy Jimmy Dore and you can now watch it on Hulu at your convenience.

In the case of Dan Telfer, fear leads to the solid emotional core of his comedy and what has driven the laughs over three albums without heading to a veritable “dark side”. His third album off of AST Records, Oceans of Panic, continues being a hilarious voice that speaks to a sort of collective consciousness of anxiety even when Dan is talking about how he’s anxious of just animals or sports.

As the dust settles from the new changing of the guard in the world of late night, featured stand-up comedy is still kind of rare and mostly put on over at Conan.
Luckily, they have some pretty great folks getting on stage and telling jokes like Tom Clark who did a very well crafted set last night.

It might seem like a high wire act doing an hour live on TV, but Regan is undoubtedly one of the few that could pull it off.
For decades now, the ‘yo mama’ joke has been used time and time again to insult the matriarch of someone’s family in a verbal fight that has often turned to childlike tactics.
However, as with all forms of expression, subtlety, nuance, and more get worked in and often turn the original idea of something like a yo mama joke on its head.

As of last night, Nate Bargatze has been on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon twice and The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon three times.
Undoubtedly, one of Fallon’s favorites, Bargatze served up another great, homespun yet, deft insight about his everyman sort of life.
