Glad to see that Conan’s Andrés du Bouchet got to reprise his spot on creepy Butterscotch clown character for the upcoming release of the It Chapter Two sequel and really went all out for it (especially for Conan being at Comic-Con this week).

Most of all, you have to appreciate how Team Coco got away with the ending of this sketch. See it all for yourself here.

As a comedy horror series, Stan Against Evil is already at certain level of funhouse chaos, especially having had two seasons under its belt.

From the looks of this season 3 teaser unveiled at Comic-Con, they’re raising their own bar on how bonkers they want to get including sentient puppets and their own version of Mulder and Scully. We’re on board for all of that and more.

See for yourself here, then look for the season premiere on Halloween on IFC.

Team Coco is sure having a bunch fun down in San Diego right now doing their annual visit to Comic-Con.

Faux auditions is always a solid go-to bit on late night, but pretty much everyone in this nails it.

Watch it here.

Robot Chicken really doubled up when headed to Comic Con this year.

Season 9 of the stop motion animated series will take on Mad Max, Westworld, and even Homestar Runner. On top of that, Seth Green and co. will be dedicating a whole special that sends up the hit zombie drama, Walking Dead.

Sounds pretty fun, right?

Both will be coming soon to Adult Swim, but, until then you can watch trailers for both here and here respectively.

Your new favorite comedy horror series, Stan Against Evil, will be returning for season 2 so long as you make it through Halloween night. That’s right, season 2 is premiering on IFC on November 1st.

As you can see from the teaser, Stan has more than he can handle alone (even more so than from season 1) and Dana Gould is definitely having fun being traumatized in his own show.

The 90s were very modern relative the rest of human history. However, that decade was 20 years ago and so much has changed as technology has evolved at a pace that no other generation has seen before.

The reboot of Rocko’s Modern Life, that’s coming to Nickelodeon next year, pays respect to this notion and, in doing so, makes the name of the show even more impactful.

Watch the teaser here.

You’re going to want to get in on those Pop! Vinyl figures if you’re at SDCC by the way.

Conan O’Brien Presents His Origin Story and Finds Chris Parnell Signing Books on The Sly During 2nd Day of Comic Con

If you’ve ever wondered how Conan O’Brien came to be the renowned talk show host that he is (besides the oft-documented story of working on The Simpsons then replacing Letterman at Late Night), then watch his “official” origin story that he presented at his second day at Comic-Con.

Also, in the same day, Conan ran into a bit of problem with a very surprising appearance by Chris Parnell apparently cosplaying as Game of Thrones author George RR Martin who had a very surprising book cover on the books the was signing.

Having already done zombie bits with a Walking Dead episode of Conan in the past, we can’t imagine what he’s going to pull on tonight’s episode with the cast of the Walking Dead.

1) Patton Oswalt’s Finest Hour is upon us… (specifically Sept. 20th).  We heard him getting ready for it a few months ago and it’s a pretty apt title.

2) As the Hollywood Improv Lab has taken on a new identity as a comedy venue a few months ago (read more about that here), they deserve a new poster and they finally got one by Sean Barrett.

3) OH, so THERE IS an app for that?  Futurama comes out with a “Head-in-a-Jar Creator”.

4) If you haven’t checked out the Opinion section of Laughspin.com, please do because we wrote a lot of it.

5) Don Rickles makes another appearance on TV tomorrow on the Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson (12:35AM CBS).  The idea of Rickles trying to play the mouth organ should be more than enough to make you set your DVRs.
