The melding of the genres of horror and comedy got a real push forward today as the horror comedy movie He Never Died starring Henry Rollins is now intended for a mini-series spin off as well and Fox ordered the Ryan Murphy horror comedy project Scream Queens to series.

Given how much intentionally bad horror movies have reemerged as a fun subgenre, we’re a little surprised that there aren’t more horror comedy series in development/in production/being released.
