With his fourth stand-up set on Conan last night, UK comedian Daniel Sloss has made himself into a bonafide regular on the show. Sloss is one of a rising tide of UK comedians making headway here in The States and we’re glad for it.
Watch this latest set where he’s amazed that his parents are his parents both in the nature and nurture sense.
What more do you need to know here? It’s another one of Conan’s great remote segments and, this time, he gives Grindr a try, and, on top of that, he has none other than Billy Eichner give him pointers the whole way through.
OK, Charlie, Mac, Dennis, Dee, and Frank are probably a little more extreme than their fans, but that’s why the It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia loyal love them so much.
Certainly, there’s a similarity in the types of tattoos that the cast and fans of the show get, but, true to form, Charlie Day, Glenn Howerton, and Rob McElhenney go a little further than their fans.

Apparently, a very popular french late night show “Touche Pas a Mon Poste” has copied the segment pretty much exactly without any sort of credit.
Conan announced this discovery on last night’s Conan, but did so in such good stride claiming that he wants the French and American government cooperating and more.
So much for the good will gotten from Kristen Stewart being the first American to win a César, but it’s good to see a prop master like Tull rise to international acclaim.
Any reason to see Andrés du Bouchet in a sketch on Conan must be a good reason. Such reasons do include a 50 Shades of Grey parody involving hardware store promotions that show what you could buy and how you could use it in reenacting scenes from or inspired by the movie.
Having to appear on a multitude of shows to promote The Jack and Triumph Show, Triumph The Insult Comic Dog has to censor himself a little with his usual ribald burns that he’s gotten to do on Conan over the years.
However, when back on Conan, and it’s back to the old days as well as Conan making fun of Robert Smigel barely being able to handle a puppet.
One of our absolute favorites here at The Comedy Bureau, Jackie Kashian, got to return to Conan O’Brien’s stage to do stand-up once more.

Conan O’Brien is having a pretty amazing year as far in taking his show out of the studio. The fantastic remotes aside, he already has a trip to Comic-Con scheduled for later this year and now, he has traveled to Cuba since sanctions had been lifted by Obama to tape an episode.
Tonight Show host Jack Paar was the last late night talk show from the U.S. to do so all the way back in 1962 when he chatted with Fidel Castro.
We’re not sure what’s going to happen, but we’re sure Conan is going to make some comedy gold out of riding in old cars and visiting a cigar factory. We’ll find out when the episode airs Mar. 4th.

Last night, he got to make his TV debut performing on Conan and while it may very well be the first late night stand-up set in the U.S. from an openly gay immigrant, you should watch it because it’s pretty great.
For all the stuff in sketches, desk pieces, remotes, etc. that Conan O’Brien has had on various iterations of his talk show, one can imagine how hard it would be to Conan seem even slightly confused.
Leave it to Jeff Bridges leading the entire studio, audience, crew, Conan, and Andy into an “omming session” to achieve that aforementioned confusion.

One of Conan O’Brien’s employees, Chris Hayes, Head of Team Coco IT, loves Taco Bell and Conan decided to use that as a reason to shoot another one of his great remote segments.

During their appearance on Conan last night, Fred Armisen and Carrie Brownstein gave us a little insight into what their like together while shooting Portlandia, specifically how they sort of can get on each other’s nerves.

You might have heard by now that French satirical magazine Charlie Hebdo was attacked by terrorists who claimed 12 lives.
Jon Stewart and Conan O’Brien made sure to take time for their late night programs to express their grief over the tragedy on The Daily Show and Conan, respectively.
Also, Louis C.K., in a sign of solidarity with Charlie Hebdo, used a marker to write “Charlie Hebdo” while playing Madison Square Garden last night.

For PSAs that encouraged Californians to conserve water during this drought, Conan O’Brien and Andy Richter had a talking toilet.
Of course, there was some great shenanigans that happened in between and after takes, which, thankfully, are captured in the latest edition of Conan Scraps.
Conan O’Brien has made it his business over the years to offer a place where celebrities can divulge their “secrets” that they have been “hiding” for years.
So, it would only stand to reason that legendary holiday season icon Santa Claus would choose Conan and nowhere else to reveal the things that torment him so.

Conan O’Brien has the almost singular ability to go into any situation, no matter how rote or mundane it is, and create absolutely hysterical moments and situations.
Nowhere is this more evident than the remote segments he has done over the years while hosting his late night talk shows. So, naturally, we loved the idea of TBS putting on an entire special of his remote segments, “Conan To Go: The Remotes Special”, this past week.
If you missed out on watching it, Conan’s Team Coco has put it up for us all to enjoy at our leisure.
The final episode of The Colbert Report will air 11:30PM on Comedy Central with “Grimmy” more commonly known as The Grim Reaper.

You don’t have to even DVR one or the other in order to end up watching both. Also, FYI, Comedy Central is airing a Colbert marathon today so you can further ditch whatever it is you were doing right now.
Some of you might know that both The Ellen DeGeneres Show and Conan tape on The Warner Bros. Studios backlot. So, it might be feasible that an audience member could attend both tapings and, as it’s the holiday season, take all the free gifts they’ve gotten from Ellen and bring them over to Conan.
The only thing is that Conan doesn’t usually give out gifts to his studio audience at this time of year and seeing an Ellen audience member bring them over to his studio is, well, awkward.

During her interview on Conan last night, Jenny Slate admitted that only recently has she watched one of the cornerstones of American cinema during the holidays, “It’s A Wonderful Life”.
While the movie is a classic, Jenny also revealed that she loved it in a way that most people probably have gotten to quite yet.

Eric Andre has established himself as the type of talk show guest that doesn’t merely do a simple panel interview. Something always goes down when Eric sits on the couch. A lot of the time that “something” is him getting naked.
This time on Conan, Eric decided to go do his own monologue, which he “thinks” is better than Conan as well as try to dissect what’s “wrong” with his Tinder profile.
Also, though it might not make sense until after watching, props go, as they usually do every night on Conan to Andrés du Bouchet.
Mo Mandel returns to Conan for a third time and tells us all about one of his favorite gigs of all time, opening for Julio Iglesias, which has less to do with the music and more with “antics”.

Much to the surprise of everyone watching Nick Offerman make handcrafted wooden emojis on Conan recently, the wooden emojis were not available for sale.
However, enough people wanted to buy them that Conan O’Brien has partnered with Tilt.com to make a limited run of 100 of these wooden emojis and have all the proceeds go to the Children’s Defense Fund Action Council.

At a $100 a pop, they have already sold out. Perhaps, they’ll do more of this type of thing in the future and we can all get a screeching jet pack racoon like Amanda Seyfried.
Pete Holmes sat down with his former boss, Conan O’Brien, to catch up, talk the strangest autographs that he has had to give now and, of course, the pranks that Holmes pulls on his Dad whose hearing is slowly fading.
Maybe Pete will get a show where random weird people yell at him on the street?
We’re not absolutely sure if this delightfully bizarre sketch on Conan was actually a plug for PayPal or not, but whether it is or isn’t, it’s still pretty damn funny and has gotten us thinking about PayPal. That’s how ads are supposed to work, right?
