Since Adam Scott is having the Greatest Event in Television History come to close, does anyone have money on him doing The Greatest Event in Movie History, which could be a shot for shot remake of any scene from Manos: The Hands of Fate.
Eagleheart Returns to Adult Swim in November
The man behind Eagleheart, Jason Woliner, just uploaded a teaser for the latest season set to come back on Nov. 14th at Adult Swim.
If the teaser is any indication, Eagleheart is coming back with a vengeance (i.e. it looks like there will somehow be more blood per ep.)
Adult Swim Renews ‘Newsreaders’ for Season 2
Adult Swim just re-upped their news parody series, a spin off from Children’s Hospital, Newsreaders for a second season.
It would seem that Adult Swim is definitely investing time and money to actually developing their series even after they’ve made it to air to figure out their voice/audience instead of putting the pressures of expecting them to be an instant hit. For our money, we think it’ll definitely pay off like all the buzz surrounding The Heart, She Holler.
The Eric Andre Show Going Back on Tour
From Seattle, WA to Atlanta, GA, The Eric Andre Show is hitting the road again for a live tour thanks to Adult Swim this November and you can get your tickets now.
It’s the best we could hope for since Eric did not get hist shot to host the VMAs this year.
In the latest edition of their interview web series Think Talk, Adult Swim gets into the finer details of what makes the amazing Dave Hill so unique, specifically in regards to seeking relationships based on tolerances of certain types of food.

Season 2 of The Eric Andre Show to Premiere Oct. 3rd on Adult Swim
Thursday night, Oct. 3rd at Adult Swim 12:30AM, The Eric Andre Show returns for its second season and if you were looking forward to Eric smashing shit on stage, well, we have a feeling that you’re going to get plenty of that.
Patton Oswalt stopped by Conan last night in promotion of the second season of The Heart, She Holler on Adult Swim, which took more than a little explaining to do just to set up a clip, and, even then, is just best summarized in Oswalt’s warning before tuning in.
Watch the clip here and definitely watch The Heart, She Holler no matter how weird it is because it’s pretty funny once you realize fluids won’t come out of your TV while watching.
The Heart, She Holler Season 2 Premieres Sept. 10th
The second season of the trippy gothic horror comedy The Heart, She Holler is coming to Adult Swim next Tues. Sept. 10th 12:30AM. If you can’t wait that long, Adult Swim is playing episodes from Season 1 every night at that time until the season premiere.
Halloween costume stores are just now opening in time if you ever feel like dressing like any of the characters from the show.
The live action Southern gothic horror comedy series The Heart, She Holler starring Patton Oswalt on Adult Swim is coming back for another season chock full of blood, guts, yelling, buck teeth, plenty of great comedy cameos like David Cross and more bizarrely tinged dark humor.

Adult Swim’s Think Talk interview web series has Kurt Braunohler (who you might have seen his album “How Do I Land?” get released today) stop in to immediately get into his personal life, leaving NYC behind, and other really personal questions about Kurt, which Kurt doesn’t take lightly.

In a rare off stage appearance, Neil Hamburger gives a candid interview to Adult Swim’s Think Talk on the state of this YouTube thing, bad interview questions, and being America’s Funnyman (because apparently no one else was doing it).
Adult Swim does their take on Entertainment Tonight called the Trash Heap with the very funny Kelly Hudson and gets the low down on music festivals across the nation and the huddling masses of people wanting to seem cool that they are.
While Thing X was transitioning to Adult Swim, we were a little worried that the depressed life advice of Matt Beacon might get lost in the shuffle, but, fortunately, there’s a brand new episode of how to do things if the overbearing weight of all of your failures permeates every waking minute like just selling old stuff on eBay.

Paul Scheer makes pretty much everything he does undeniably fun and damn funny even if it’s talking to journalists or being on panels in front of thousands of peoples being asked questions about the show he’s on, which could be rote like they often are, or they could end up firing t-shirt cannons or working on an alibi to kill the cast of Children’s Hospital like he did in a recent NTSF:SU:SUV interview with TV Line.

Imagine Dexter’s Laboratory meets Futurama meets The Simpsons and you’ll get something like what will be Dan Harmon’s highly anticipated (it looks pretty great) next project over at Adult Swim, “Rick and Morty”.

Children’s Hospital, now an award winning series, is back for it’s 5th season on July 25th and it’s going to have all the hysterical insanity you’ve come to know and love set in a medical facility for children.

Adult Swim has done us all a huge favor by bringing some of the unbridled hilarity of the Superego podcast by giving a visual element to it through animation.

Thing X is rebranding themselves to be part of AdultSwim.com on June 18th. We’re glad that the same content will just end up living there, but we guess that all the Thing X pun related features (Think X, Xpert, etc.) will have to be completely revamped.
Apparently, having Jon Hamm die in the Greatest Event in Television History, at the time, wasn’t worthy of that name. So, last night on Adult Swim, Adam Scott embarked another long journey with rival, we guess, Amy Poehler in remaking the opening credits for the latest Greatest Event in Television History (with plenty of great cameos for Horatio Sanz, Paul Rust, Nick Kroll and more.
Adam Scott Teased The Next ‘Greatest Event in Television History’
Based off the last Greatest Event in Television History, we’re trying to figure what retro TV show or, possibly, movie what have Amy Poehler as a brunette in a convertible, a photo that Adam Scott tweeted and teased this week for the very next “Greatest Event in Television History” set for June 6th at Adult Swim.
No details on if this upcoming ‘greatest event’ will negate the other ‘greatest event’, but we’ll keep you updated.
Adult Swim Orders Series From Dan Harmon/Pilots From Paul Scheer & Much More
Adult Swim just announced their latest production/development slate which includes a Dan Harmon/Justin Roiland animated series, Mike Tyson animated series, a sequel from Robot Chicken, and pilots from Paul Scheer/Curtis Gwinn/Jonathan Stern as well as the creators of Space Ghost: Coast to Coast, and more.
Great news all around and also probably why Harmontown @ Nerdmelt is on Sundays now instead of Mondays.
There’s Going To Be a NTSF:SD:SUV Movie
First of all, as said above, there is going to be a NTSF:SD:SUV movie, which should already make you excited. Second, it’s going to be a NTSF:SD:SUV:London, which is pretty awesome.
Thirdly, very funny UK comedian Peter Serafinowicz is going to be in it and so you should definitely keep tabs on this like we will.
Reruns of ‘Bob’s Burgers’ To Be on Adult Swim
Yes, Bob’s Burgers is not only going into syndication, but they will playing at a network where we would want to watch the previous 3 seasons.
Perhaps, in a few seasons/years, Adult Swim will be their whole entire channel?
Over the last week or so, Eric Andre has been tweeting photos from The Eric Andre Show, which could only mean the chaotic anti-talk show talk show is into production for season 2 at Adult Swim.
We just can’t wait to see what actual celebrities come and have no idea what’s about to happen.
