There’s Still a Chance for a Zoolander Sequel
While in a film festival in Sicily, Zoolander star Ben Stiller addressed the possibility of a Zoolander sequel. There’s a script being worked on but, Stiller commented, “I can’t say that it’s actually a reality yet, but I hope some day it is”
Hopefully, Ben will make time in his and Red Hour’s schedule to make this happen.
Season 4 Comedians In Cars Getting Coffee by Jerry Seinfeld Is Here
One of the most decorated comedy web series is now back for its 4th season with a whole new set of cars, one of which Jerry kind of doesn’t like, and more gorgeous shots of coffee being made.
Though Jerry singing the theme in the first episode can be jarring, intentionally jarring product placement is also really fun as well.
The Simpsons Casts Will Forte in Role That’s Been a Long Time Mystery
In the Simpsons universe, the proprietor of King Toot’s Music Store, the establishment right next to Moe’s Tavern, has never been seen, but that’s going to change in the upcoming season.
Will Forte has been cast as the owner of King Toot’s. So, naturally, given The Simpsons comedic strategy with neighbors, King Toot’s and Moe’s should have plenty of fun in an all out rivalry, despite selling different products.
Obvious Child’s Jenny Slate stopped by Late Night with Seth Meyers last night to share some of her most wondrous, embarrassing stories including taking a prom picture with a HS kid as she’s a full grown, way too excited woman as well as confusing astronomy and astrology in a class where she was too high.
So, enjoy those and then, of course, go see Obvious Child.
Amazon Orders Jay Chandrasekhar Dramedy Pilot ‘Really’
Amazon Studios is pushing forward with their development slate by adding a project from Broken Lizard’s Jay Chandrasekhar. A dramedy, which is a new direction for Chandrasekhar who has directed Super Troopers, entitled Really will feature an ensemble cast of Sarah Chalke, Selma Blair, Luka Jones, Travis Schuldt, Lindsay Sloane, Hayes Macarthur, Collette Wolfe and and Rob Delaney.
As in the past, we will all get to see the pilot once it’s done at Amazon.

North Korea Isn’t Happy With Seth Rogen-James Franco Comedy ‘The Interview’
Howard Read, the star and voice of BBC One’s Little Howard’s Big Question, manages to pull off doing improvised stand-up on Set List live as the animated character, Little Howard.
That’s right, using a controller, an extra TV, and his voice talent, Read does Set List as a cartoon and manages to keep the material from possibly R-rated topics relatively PG rated. Watch it here.

Showtime Orders Crazy Ex-Girlfriend Pilot Starring Rachel Bloom
Showtime is doing a good job of building up their comedy development slate. Last week, they ordered a pilot Cameron Crowe’s Roadies and announced today, Rachel Bloom will be starring in a pilot Crazy Ex-Girlfriend that will showcase her musical comedy chops. 500 Days of Summer director Marc Webb will be directing and Aline Brosh McKenna will be writing.
We sincerely hope Showtime picks this up to series.
One of America’s most popular doctors, Dr. Oz, was recently at a Senate hearing over his recent showcasing of dietary supplements on his incredibly influential daytime show. John Oliver and Last Week Tonight dug a little deeper into what’s wrong with that and made it sharply funny as well, which has really been their niché. Educating the public as they get to do longer segments on HBO and then getting to do much bigger jokes, gags, and bits, again, because they get 30 min. as opposed to 22.
Watch the segment here and make sure you check your dietary supplements twice, if you do that sort of thing, even after they’re recommended by Dr. Oz.

Also, Reggie Watts joins in for one of the games. That’s right, Peter Serafinowicz and Reggie Watts did their own calling of a World Cup match.
David Rees has just released another fun promo for his upcoming “how-to” series Going Deep with David Rees that’s going to premiere on National Geographic on July 14th.
