This show had a far too short run at the Improv. Thankfully, this improvised powerpoint show is coming back once more at Dynasty Typewriter at Hayworth Theater next week on Wed., June 27th at 8PM.

Zed Cutsinger and Andrew Michaan’s PowerPointless will also have a line-up including Natasha Leggero, Moshe Kasher, Nick Thune, Brent Weinbach, and David Dineen-Porter that’s more than up to the task of BS-ing their way through an actual PowerPoint presentation that they’ve never seen before.

Tickets are $10 in advance and $15 at the door. Please get them here.

At the beginning of the year, we reported that the very funny Sean O’Connor and Ian Karmel were brought on board to write for the new Late Late Show hosted by James Corden.

As their premiere is less than a month away, they’ve filled the rest of their writing staff.

So, the writers of The Late Late Show with James Corden are:

Mike Gibbons who is the co-creator of Tosh.0
Sean O’Connor
Ian Karmel
James Davis who recently appeared on Last Call with Carson Daly
Lauren Greenberg
Ben Hoffman from The Ben Show
David Dineen-Porter (host of Party of Four podcast)
Nedaa Sweiss
DJ Javerbaum from The Daily Show

So, this bunch makes for a good, wide mix along with Corden and Reggie Watts that has us even more enticed for their debut.

While there are certainly great podcasts where comedians play Dungeons and Dragons like Nerd Poker and Harmontown, David Dineen-Porter, one of the 100 Best Things In Comedy We Were Witness To In No Particular Order of 2014, has started a podcast, Party of 4, that involves comedians in a Role Playing Game, but done according to the whims of Dineen-Porter.

If you know David at all, those whims are pretty out there and also pretty hilarious.

So, if you want to hear how a D&D session would go with every character and rule completely made-up out of the imagination of an absurdist comedian, Party of 4 is for you.

While plenty of you are probably well-studied in video game history, you probably haven’t played “Grandma’s Bath”. Knowing how much of a deep cut it is, we’d guess that you haven’t even heard of it.

Well, allow comedians David Dineen-Porter and Reggie Watts to give your a refresher on this video game classic that we’re betting that maybe two people know of in David Dineen-Porter’s Retro Video Arcade.

Also, if you’re not familiar with Toronto’s David Dineen-Porter, please familiarize yourself.
