Just as the Kardashians are sticking around, The Bellacourts aren’t going anywhere either.

Another Period, Natasha Leggero and Riki Lindhome’s series based on real turn-of-the-century opulence is going to keep showing off the 1% of the 1900s being as wasteful as they can possibly be for a 3rd season at Comedy Central.

Season 2 doesn’t premiere until next month on June 15th, but the renewal just got announced today, which hopefully means Comedy Central knows something really great about season 2 that the rest of us don’t.

If you think that making Drunk History on Comedy Central is a bunch of fun, series co-creators Derek Waters and Jeremy Konner as well as contributors Paget Brewster and Taran Killam assured everyone at a Comic-Con panel that indeed it really is a bunch of fun.

Watch the whole thing here moderated by none other than Paul F. Tompkins, who will be narrating a story for the next season.

Look for new episodes in September.

So, a Pistol Shrimps sitcom?

Comedy Central has just bought a project centered on an underdog all-female basketball team from Amanda Lund, Maria Blasucci, and Angela Trimbur who will also star.

It wouldn’t surprise us at all if the series would basically follow the real life events of the LA female rec basketball team known as The Pistol Shrimps, which has a roster including Lund, Blasucci, Aubrey Plaza and Stephanie Allynne as well as a dance team led by Trimbur.

Drunk History’s Jeremy Konner and Jack Black are also involved with the project that has the potential to line-up quite nicely with Broad City and Inside Amy Schumer.
