It wasn’t a ruse that Stephen Colbert had cleverly planned and kept on the down low when Daft Punk cancelled last minute on appearing on The Colbert Report.

If anything, you’ll somehow have an even deeper appreciation what Colbert and his writing staff attempted to go through to get the duo, helmets and costumes all, on screen with their bizarre diva like requests.
