With The Daily Show with Jon Stewart, Last Week Tonight with John Oliver, and The Nightly Show with Larry Wilmore all at the forefront, making fun of the news as an entire show has been as popular as it has ever been and The Huffington Post wants in.

Thus, The HuffPost Show will be The Huffington Post’s college try to get in on the burgeoning world of satiric news. HuffPost Live’s own Roy Sekoff and Marc Lamont Hill will co-host the weekly show, which will plenty of different segments skewering the week’s top stories as well as have guest panels.

The HuffPost Show will premiere Mar. 27th on Fri. at 9PM on HuffingtonPost.com, which is, interestingly, a time slot that clears the show from ever going up against the aforementioned Daily Show, Last Week Tonight, or The Nightly Show.

So, we have just a little over a month to see how it will stack up in the satiric news world.
