With October just a couple days aways, the holiday season is just around the corner (and we’re not just talking about Thanksgiving and Christmas). Several very celebratory holidays from around the world are in line to happen very soon including Diwali, a festival of lights celebrated throughout the MENASA part of the world.

As such, one shouldn’t miss out on Arti Gollapudi and Maya Deshmukh’s annual comedy celebration of Diwali at The Bell House in Brooklyn that will be giving its proceeds to the crucial relief needs in Pakistan via the Alkhidmat Foundation. For this year’s Diwali Party, Arti and Maya, so far, have Zubi Ahmed, Aparna Nancherla, and Pooja Reddy on the bill and plenty more TBA.

Diwali Party is set for Sun. Oct. 23rd at 7:30PM. Tickets are $15 in advance and you better go get tickets here.

You’ve seen fans of Conan O’Brien’s various late night shows in such places that you probably wouldn’t think of watching Conan, much less American television like Finland.

Now, see Conan fans in another such place, Pakistan.

Apparently, there are fans across the planet thousands and thousands of miles away from The Warner Bros. Studio backlot, where they tape the show, that are just as excited about Conan as the audience that’s sitting in at the taping according to this video that was sent to Conan’s staff.
