We could see this being in black and white like his last picture, Nebraska.

A series of articles were written by Norwegian author Karl Ove Knausgaard in his travels across the Northern parts of the United States that specifically followed the tracks of Vikings hundreds of years before. They were published in the NY Times, entitled “My Saga”, and will be the source material for a feature film that Alexander Payne has signed on to direct.

From the sound of it, Payne’s delicate and nuanced touch is the perfect call here and we can’t wait to see what he does with it.
