We’re in the thick of awards season. Talk of this show and that movie and Game of Thrones and Spotlight may be well deserved, but we’re definitely focused on who is taking home a Channy for outstanding achievement in making a 5 minute TV show that’s not on your cable box, Netflix, etc. like Kill The Baby (which dominated this year’s awards), King of YouTube, and Natasha.

Even though this is a monthly screening series that just took a month off, it’s been far too long.

Channel 101 took July off and left us with wondering what’s going to happen with bitches, a baby that might be killed, a kid named Markees, a probot, and a King of YouTube.

Rather than try to give any of that context, we urge you to get into the latest installment of Channel 101′s top finishers right here.

Natasha, Progo Probots, King of YouTube, Kill the Baby, Stupid Bitch.

Those are those of the top five finishers for Channel 101 this month featuring more dark explorations of the collective unconscious juxtaposed with a really funny, absurdist framework that include cyborgs and stupid bitches.

This latest batch of Channel 101 is as hysterically dark as it’s even been and we’re loving it.

Paul Isakson’s meta first person vlog King of YouTube and Alex Kavutskiy and Ariel Gardner’s Kill The Baby finished at the top in the round of Channel 101, which, we think, show the rest of TV how to really blend horror and comedy.

Also, check out the other top series from this month delightfully titled Caveman Hate Technology, Stupid Bitch, and Natasha.

Three out of the five renewed shows from last month were pilots and the other two are just on their second and third episode. Already, it looks like there are some strong contenders for the next long running series including a series that’s called Kill The Baby.
