After stand-up, a multi-cam sitcom, and a late night talk show, George Lopez is now on to his own single camera “docu-follow” comedy series that follows his trials and tribulations, perhaps taking a couple of cues from Louie and Master of None, as one of the biggest Latino comedy stars that there has ever been.

Watch the very first teaser/promo here, then look for the series to premiere Wed. Mar. 30th on TV Land.

1) Dave Chappelle does his first interview in 5 years to address the incident he had at the charity benefit in Florida and the Wild 94.9FM DJs ask him about Alicia Keys’ butt [via HuffPoComedy]. Good job morning radio.

2) The story behind Auggie Smith not being the last up stand-up comedian to perform on Lopez Tonight.

4) The A.V. Club interviews Kyle Kinane.

5) Former writer on Norm’s Sports Show and hilarious stand-up, Sean O’Connor, will make an appearance on Conan tomorrow (TBS 11PM).

6) Doug Stanhope hates performing in Edinburgh and having to shove jokes down American throats every 90 seconds.

7) The Serial Optimist does a much better job in naming the most fashionable comedians than GQ, but there’s still no nod to the impeccable style of Greg Proops.

8) Tommy Johnagin leaves a note lying around that Joe Zimmerman isn’t supposed to find… or is he?

9) With the news of Laughing Stock, a show with Steve Carell interviewing comedians, being developed at Showtime, there’s now a Facebook event to help The Green Room with Paul Provenza to get renewed. As funny as I’m sure Carell will be, please help the Green Room stay on the air.
