On Mon. Feb. 8th at 10:30PM, a good chunk of your cable package will be thankfully taken up by Samantha Bee.

As all the other attempts by TBS for a second late night program have fallen by the wayside, this latest go with Full Frontal with Samantha Bee is going to be seen across all of Turner’s channels no matter if comedy is their focus or not.

So, next Monday night tune into TBS, TNT, Adult Swim, TruTV, and/or HLN for the premiere of Full Frontal with Samantha Bee.

It’s really worked for Last Week Tonight with John Oliver. Why wouldn’t it work for Sam Bee?

Skipping out on the traditional panel interview of almost every late night talk show and focusing on topics and stories that tend to get less media attention are the game plan for Full Frontal according to its host Samantha Bee at the TCA Winter Press Tour.

Another Daily Show alum, John Oliver, has seen pretty great success also shifting away from both copying The Daily Show as well as the traditional late night format.

What we’re really amped for is Bee’s third act that she says will be called “our world of whimsy”. It’s anything goes part of the show, which we hope is along the lines of her one woman show for The Five.

Once a network that you primarily just knew for Conan, TBS is looking to start anew in this ever changing landscape of TV, especially when it comes to comedy.

So, with the likes of an entire new line-up of shows including the Steve and Nancy Carell’s Angie Tribeca, Jason Jones’ The Detour, People of Earth from Conaco, Full Frontal with Samantha Bee, Search Party from Charles Rogers and Sarah Violet Bliss (the duo behind Fort Tilden), and Wrecked.

From the looks of this trailer that rundowns this new line-up, they might have a good shot at finding a new niche.

Come February 2016, that will all change once again when Samantha Bee takes up the mantle and push forward from where Chelsea Handler was at E!

So far, she’s off to a good start with this Star Wars-themed, complete with the voice of Darth Vader, promo.
