Disney XD is sure stacking its cast here for adults.

Over a year ago, Disney XD announced a new series amidst a slough of exciting slate of animated series actually designed for all ages including Craig McCracken’s Wander Over Yonder that will star Jack McBrayer.

Wander Over Yonder, now in its second season, has some more excitement built up around it as their guest stars will include the likes of Jon Hamm, Weird Al Yankovic, June Squibb, Andy Daly, Rob Riggle, and Ken Marino.

Along with other shows like Future-Worm!, Phineas and Ferb, the network has built a pretty solid animated line-up that can hold up with adults.

Along with Pickle & Peanut that enlists the talents of Johnny Pemberton and Jon Heder, Disney XD is definitely aiming to attract a wide age range with their latest programming slate.

Future Worm, from Ryan Quincy who has cut his teeth at South Park, will have an adventures boy named Danny, a worm with a beard, a time traveling lunch box, and a robotic carp. As mentioned above, Andy Milonakis and James Adomian will be the voices of Danny and Future Worm.

Here’s a teaser and you’ll see exactly what we’re talking about.

Future Worm is set to premiere later this year.

Disney’s XD’s Phineas and Ferb already has an awesome Halloween episode that will feature Nick Frost and SImon Pegg as their characters from Shaun of the Dead, but they’re really going for more home runs this season with special, collaborative episodes.

The latest thing that Phineas and Ferb are up to is having Lost’s co-creator Damon Lindelof write a Lost themed episode for the animated series, which should be chock full of moments that parents will be laughing at that might go over the heads of their kids.
