Melissa Leo, Sebastian Stan, Ari Graynor, Dylan Baker, Andrew Santino, Clark Duke, Jon Daly, Alfred Molina…

…Robert Forster, Cathy Moriarty, Al Madrigal, RJ Cycler, Erik Griffin, and Stephen Guarino are all set for the comedy pilot that Jim Carrey has in development over at Showtime.

With the backdrop of the 1970s Los Angeles comedy scene, it’s good to see a mix of veteran actors and actual stand-up comedians currently based in LA.

We can only hope that gets picked up, so we’ll all be able to see what Carrey and writer Dave Flebotte have up their sleeve.

Not only is it amazing that legendary magician/escape artist Harry Houdini was invited to a seance, then promised to expose spiritualists for hoaxes, but it’s pretty great that Ken Marino will play Houdini and Alfred Molina, Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, the man who invites Houdini to the seance on an upcoming episode of Drunk History on Comedy Central tomorrow at 10PM.

Watch the preview here.
