Portland’s wonderful Bridgetown Comedy Festival is extending their deadline from yesterday to today to make sure no one gets left out. Make sure you don’t have to wait another 365 days if you were at all interested in submitting to one of the best comedy festivals out there.
Martin McDonagh’s 7 Psychopaths, Rashida Jones and Will McCormack’s Celeste and Jesse Forever, Kyle Kinane’s Whiskey Icarus Extended and Uncut CD/DVD, and Robert Buscemi’s One Pretty Peacock all came out recently.

This will be a very intriguing experiment in if people will make the jump across the line between premium and user generated content for a few bucks. No word on what channels would be included, but hopefully that will get rid of ads like HBO.

Recently, there was a Senate hearing regarding Benghazi in which Rand Paul claimed $100,000 spent on sending comedians to India, one of which was Hari Kondabolu, was a waste of money.
