If you’re not aware, Moshe Kasher has quite the childhood as he has detailed in his memoir Kasher in the Rye. 

This particular story that he told on a recent episode of This Is Not Happening recounts one of the crazier episodes of that childhood wherein a cop had Moshe beyond dead-to-rights and yet, let him go.
