Morning Debriefing 10/1/11

1) Weird Al Yankovic’s Alpocalypse Tour premieres tonight on Comedy Central 9PM.

2) Patton Oswalt is moderating screenings at the New Beverly

3) Why you should be “tuning” into the Matt Goldich Twitter Talk Show

4) Tonight, The Comedy Garage mark another milestone by taping their pilot. You should go to this (in case it wasn’t clear).

5) Though it’s poorly titled and Comics Unleashed is the stock inside joke of most working comedians, Who Wants to Date a Comedian? did make me laugh a bit. Also, Marianne Sierk and Tom Clark being in the first few episodes helps.

6) Karen Rontowski on Letterman.

7) Randy Liedtke gets the other half of the Doorknockers, Davey Johnson, to have lunch with him, sort of on KCET’s Free Lunch.
