Normally, December is a very sad time in LA (people leave, things wind down, and there is minor traffic because the city is empty).

That being said, those “orphans” (or locals that feel fine for also staying in town) do have the now annual big time podcasting event called the Pee Cast Blast to look forward to. So many of your favorite podcasts (perhaps all of them?), one right after the other, will tape live at the gorgeous Theatre at Ace Hotel on Dec. 15th. Undoubtedly, this makes December in LA not so sad.

Tickets are going from $50 for GA all the way to $125 for a VIP meet-and-greet. They’re on pre-sale here (you can use the code: PCAST2018 to get access, so you’re welcome).

Dave Attell guest stars in the latest episode of Hollis James and Ted Alexandro’s web series Teacher’s Lounge as a school photographer that’s obviously never been a school photographer before (i.e. he isn’t PC whatsoever).

Watch it here.

After a thoroughly entertaining Kickstarter campaign, Ted Alexandro and Hollis James’ web series Teachers Lounge is finally here.

There’s a reason students are never allowed in said Teachers Lounge, as you’ll find, since adults are still as awkward as kids. Watch the first episode with Jim Gaffigan.

If you’re in a generous mood and/or want to support really funny people in being really funny, Ted Alexandro has a Kickstarter you can donate to in order to support the Teachers Lounge web series from Hollis James and himself.

The series follows Alexandro as a music teacher (an occupation Ted really had) and a janitor hanging out in the teachers lounge then dealing with some faculty member. Already, he’s shot episodes with Jim Gaffigan, Lewis Black, Janeane Garofalo, Judy Gold, Judah Friedlander, Jim Norton, Dave Attell, Rachel Feinstein, Michael Che, Todd Barry and musician Ted Leo.

He wants to shoot more episodes and put up one great Kickstarter video to further entice you to donate, which you should, to his $50,000 goal with less than a month to go.
