Over 20 years ago, humorist, writer, and famed host of A Prairie Home Companion, Garrison Keillor sat down with another famed writer in George Plimpton and had a chat at NYC’s 92Y.
Of the things they discussed, the topic of humor brought some keen observations out of Keillor and that particular part of the interview was animated for PBS Digital’s Blank on Blank series.
The good folks at PBS Digital animated a fun chat between with Bill Murray and Irish America writer T.J. English all the way back from 1988 for their web series Blank on Blank.
As you can imagine, seeing an animated Murray is only scratching the surface of how much of a character he is, but when we can’t see what crazy get up he’s dressed in, this cartoon Bill Murray by Patrick Smith is a very good substitute.
