After years of seeing painted cows in various cityscapes around the world, another animal sculpture is getting notoriety, touring globally. A giant rubber duck designed by Dutch artist Florentijn Hofman has seen its way around throughout Asia and is set to have a stop at the LA Harbor next week.

Actually, each city builds its own giant rubber duck and the one here in LA will be approximately six stories high and lead a parade of ships in this year’s Tallships Festival LA.

So, now you know what will be filling up your Instagram feed here if you live in the Los Angeles area next week.
