If you loved Going Deep with David Rees on NatGeo last year, you’ll be thrilled to hear that The National Geographic Channel is only headed more in that direction for 2015.

Case in point, John Atschuler and Dave Krinsky, who have been involved in producing and/or creating Silicon Valley, King of The Hill, and more are now going to make a comedic world history series for NatGeo. Puppets, sketches, etc. are to be employed in this show, which we’re already excited for.

We are now wondering if they’ll have a segment where they will compare actual time period to ones fictionalized for comedic effect by Mel Brooks’ History of The World Part 1.
