Earlier this week, you got the first look at Alexander Payne’s trippy sci-fi comedy Downsizing.

It turns out that this week is the week for trippy sci-fi comedies as the trailer for Bob Byington and Onur Tukel’s Infinity Baby just got released yesterday. As we said above, the movie is set in a world where abortion is illegal and, for some reason, some experimental babies live forever. That’s a premise ripe for some wry, absurdity comedy, no?

As you’ll notice in the trailer, the cast includes Kieran Culkin, Megan Mullally, Nick Offerman, Martin Starr, Kevin Corrigan, Noel Wells, and Stephen Root.

Infinity Baby starts playing in theaters this Friday, September 15th.

It’s appropriately titled Infinity Baby.

Now, we’re not sure exactly why babies stay 3-months old in director’s Bob Byington’s latest film, but it sure is intriguing. Having Kieran Culkin (who, we think, still needs a breakout role after his scene stealing work in Scott Pilgrim vs. The World) all those years ago and comedy power couple Nick Offerman and Megan Mullally really has our interest peaked.

At least some parents will get their wishes to have babies forever and maybe discover that wasn’t such a great idea?

The myth of the lovable slacker in cinema gets furthered with Jason Schwartzman latest starring role for Bob Byington’s 7 Chinese Brothers.

He goes from getting fired working at an Italian restaurant chain to learning how to change oil all while having perfect quips the whole way with an adorable dog. The trailer is almost undeniably charming. Watch it here.

Look for 7 Chinese Brothers in theaters on Aug. 28th.
