The flyer does not lie, Cartoon Dump is every bit as amazing as that vomiting cartoon TV promises.  Andy Kindler’s a special guest and the one and only Emo Phillips continues his run as a cartoon musicologist.  So don’t miss this tonight at the Steve Allen Theater, 8PM.  Click through for tickets.
