Pick of the Day: Diwali Party 2022 (in NYC) 10/23
With October just a couple days aways, the holiday season is just around the corner (and we’re not just talking about Thanksgiving and Christmas). Several very celebratory holidays from around the world are in line to happen very soon including Diwali, a festival of lights celebrated throughout the MENASA part of the world.
As such, one shouldn’t miss out on Arti Gollapudi and Maya Deshmukh’s annual comedy celebration of Diwali at The Bell House in Brooklyn that will be giving its proceeds to the crucial relief needs in Pakistan via the Alkhidmat Foundation. For this year’s Diwali Party, Arti and Maya, so far, have Zubi Ahmed, Aparna Nancherla, and Pooja Reddy on the bill and plenty more TBA.
