Even after almost 50 years of being around, one of the best ways to get in at The Comedy Store to get your name on the wall is working the door at the world famous comedy club. Alex Hanna is one such comedian on his way, starting from every indie crevice in the LA scene and then chancing upon one of the few open spots to both develop at The Comedy Store and work the door. From his vantage point, we chat about the state of The Comedy Store these days and how, if you can believe, live comedy is healthy (depending on who you are) in Summer 2022.
