While we’re all holding our breath to get through corporate mandated romance day, why not look towards the a different, even more tense annual tradition, March Madness. Yes, the NCAA college basketball tournament that somehow humbles statisticians and fickle basketball fans alike given how unpredictable it can be.

In the spirit of that chaos, there is an annual one liner joke tournament appropriately named One Liner Madness in NYC that is coming back right around the same time as its inspiration, March Madness. Just like the tourney, 64 comedians face off and work through comedy bracketology to determine who has the very best one liner joke in NYC.

Already, there will be fierce competition from the likes of NYC comedy stalwarts Ophira Eisenberg, Josh Gondelman, Ashton Womack, Casey James Salengo, Kenice Mobley, Gianmarco Soresi, and Matt Goldich, not to mention a stellar hosting panel of Emily Winter, Larry Mancini, and Martin Urbano.
