It’s a multi-cam sitcom, but it is also written by and starring John Mulaney. In case you were wondering, especially after his fantastic stand-up special New In Town, Mulaney definitely deserves a show. 

This means Tommy Johnagin and John Mulaney have projects at NBC, which makes us start suspecting that NBC meant to use a different word than “broad” regarding their new comedy strategy.
