At this point in human history, there are many dogs that get treated so well that their humans don’t take care of themselves nearly as well. We’d hope that you’ve made it to this side of the pandemic with the understanding that you do actually have to active steps to take better care of yourself and that you might not be able to help others if you can’t help yourself.
