Rick and Morty Season 4 To Premiere on Adult Swim in November
We’re sure folks already have a countdown going for this even though season 4 of Rick and Morty hasn’t been even given an exact premiere date.
Anyways, you can rest slightly easier knowing that new episodes (of what might be Adult Swim’s flagship show now) are due out in approximately 6 months. Here’s Rick and Morty themselves to make the announcement official.
Norm MacDonald’s Netflix Show “Norm MacDonald has a Show” to Premiere Next Month with Lorne Michaels, Judge Judy as Guests
However, what started out as Norm and sidekick Adam Eget hanging out on the Video Podcast Network has now upgraded to Netflix as Norm MacDonald has a Show.
The premiere is set for Fri., Sept. 14th where 10 one-hour episodes will all be released, per Netflix’s usual way of releasing content. Norm will get to chat with the likes of aforementioned Lorne Michaels and Judge Judy as well as David Letterman, Michael Keaton, M. Night Shyamalan, and Drew Barrymore.
Also, in the press release it should be noted that, apparently, “David Letterman serves as location scout”.
We’re just going to take that as a hint that Norm will be using the Netflix budget afforded to him for some top shelf Norm MacDonald hijinks.
BoJack Horseman Will Return for Season 4 on September 8th (in the Desert?)
BoJack Horseman always leaves on such great cliffhangers and, with the way TV series are run these days, there’s no telling when the new season will answer the questions left by the last season’s finale.
So, today, those concerns were alleviated somewhat as the image above was tweeted out. It definitely gives us a date to look forward to for one of the best animated dramedies that has ever been and, perhaps, a clue where season 4 might start (without spoiling too much for those who haven’t caught up).
Finally, The Rick and Morty Season 3 Trailer and Premiere Date Are Here
Sentient pickles, a parody of Mad Max, and more multiverse Ricks are just a bit of what makes season 3 of Rick and Morty seem like it will rise to the occasion of being one of the most highly anticipated new seasons of television right now.
See for yourself in the trailer.
Then, mark down Sunday July 30th at 11:30PM EST/8:30PM PST to tune into Adult Swim for Rick and Morty’s season 3 premiere.
Season 3 of Catastrophe to Start Streaming on April 28th
Just a friendly reminder that one of the funniest transatlantic comedy series to ever be is returning stateside for its 3rd season on Amazon at the end of April.
Here’s Your First Look at TBS’ Desert Island Comedy “Wrecked” Premiering June 14th
Will it be a more absurd, funnier version of Lost? Perhaps a darker, but more comedic version of Lord of the Flies with more diverse adults? Maybe a comedy version of Alive set on a remote island?
TBS’ new comedy Wrecked, which pits survivors of a plane crash to live on said remote island may be any one of those things as you can see from this great, mayhem-filled teaser.
It might be something else altogether (perhaps even better than those educated guesses), but we’ll all have to wait until the series premiere on Tuesday, June 14th at 10PM on TBS to find out.
Season 2 of “The Jim Gaffigan Show” to Premiere on Father’s Day
That’s almost too perfect?
Season 2 of The Jim Gaffigan Show is set to premiere on June 19th at 10PM on TV Land. That just happens to be the same exact day as Father’s Day this year.
While airing on Sunday in primetime is a valuable slot these days, we’re guessing that this is no coincidence.
“The Daily Show With Trevor Noah” Premieres Sept. 28th
In this new promo, Comedy Central announced the date of Trevor Noah taking the reins to the cornerstone franchise known as The Daily Show.
Trevor’s first episode as the host of The Daily Show will be on Sept. 28th, just under two months after Jon Stewart tapes his finale episode. It’s also almost three weeks after The Late Show With Stephen Colbert starts.
So, as we get ready for the coming of fall, also get ready for a new Daily Show that has a host that’s ditching dress shoes for sneakers in the promo.
